| Answer: | the RVW1800P8 has a larger magnet structure and will be the same as the RVP18w8 but just a bit better! i never saw a rvw1800 p4 but i assume that it's a 4 ohm version of the RVW1800P8 I would recommend the RVW1800P8 it would definitely handle power better and would go louder all in all Would also definitely recommend the p8 over the p4 because pro audio is meant to have a higher impedance now the p4 (4 ohm version) would mostlikly run more efficient but the p8 (8 ohm version) would achieve a higher decibel level all in all these cheap little subs are great! they run super efficient and handle a nice amount of power I have the Rockville RVP18W8 I never used it in my dj rig but it is part of my home rig I have it running on only 17 watts RMS and it goes CRAZY! loud for that amount of power I bet it would take 375 watts RMS but 400 seems a bit exaggerated |

| Answer: | Well, my guess would be that your guitar cable is a tr, and the splitter is a trs.. easy way to find out is reverse the cables on the Pyle inputs, see if the other side works, and the original working side does not.. you need to use a splitter that genuinely touches the mono tip and ground, feeding both sides of the splitter |
