Answer:	No, it is passive, and receives its power from an amplifier via a Speak-on connection. If your amplifier only has a 1/4" jack, you can buy a cable that has a 1/4" jack into amplifier and Speakon cnx on the other end. I'm out of town at the moment, don't recall if it's M or F.

Answer:	This is a powered speaker that sits on the floor, not on a stand. It is tilted at an angle to direct the sound up and out, which makes it useful by design for any musician or singer, or subgroups of same on stage, to hear their output without using headphones, and is powerful enough to cut through the volume of the main speakers. This does not mean its use is limited to that purpose; it can be directed to the audience instead of the performers with the intent of serving in place of generally larger main speakers in smaller venues, whether inside or outside. Because this particular speaker is self-powered rather than being powered by a separate amplifier, its output volume can be controlled right at the unit or in conjunction with a separate mixer and/or DI box. Answer:	In a small room, you will experience feedback noise when your volume is high because the sound will easily bounce from walls and ceiling and feedback to the microphone. When I moved to a larger area, feedback noise did not appear even at max. volume. So volume level needs to be adjusted depending on the area you are using. I love this thing!!

You could use the LE-3000 from Seismic Audio for these if you wanted. You will need a power amplifier to drive these passive SA-10M floor monitors. The Yamaha MG10X is a console mixer and does not feature a built in power amplifier, so I would not consider this Yamaha mixer to be a "powered" mixer. I can only find line-level outputs, i.e. XLR or 1/4" TRS. If you try to get it to rumble like crazy the cone would probably blow. I use three of these in my band for guitar and vocals and I couldn't be happier.

As in: direct box to FOH with parallel out to this as a monitor? That would work unless the band is very loud. This speaker can generate substantial volume and the angle makes it more "hearable" than a lot of floor wedges. Guitar can be quite loud in this. I used two of them along with some other powered monitors recently, one for guitar one for me on bass. i also had my bass amp behind me. it was hard not to be too loud through the monitors so i think your proposal would work unless your band is outrageously loud (then you're hosed no matter what)

Question:	Can you daisy chain multiple monitors together
Answer:	This is a small speaker suitable for monitor type work. So if you are using it as a quiet practice amp for the keyboard it would work OK. If you are using it as a monitor in a band situation it might not be loud enough - though would work in a more solo or acoustic type situation. Also the speaker breaks up at low frequency at loud volumes so it is not necessarily suited for loud band situations.
Question:	Would it be suitable to use for my Kawai ES8 digital piano
Answer:	it has a input jack that is compatible with your headphone output jack on your phone . Independent 3 channel volume plus main volume . You add a mic and sing along with your iPhone . The exception being if you have an iPhone seven and there is no headphone jack. This speaker does not have Bluetooth connectivity . I 'm happy with both sound clarity and projection .

Answer:	They both sound the same quality to me but I think the Behringer has a little more bass to it.

This speaker is the result of a year of research and development. We tested samples of 5 top selling powered speakers and the RPG series out-performed them all. These go louder and have punchier bass. What we found to be interesting was that some of the other speakers we tested against these were rated by their manufacturers at 1,000 watts or more, but they only went around half as loud as these.

Answer:	I don't understand the question but this Rockwell will deliver if you set the equalizer. Your bass and treble and mid ranges have to be set and you will see the difference. I hope this helps.
Question:	What kind of chord do I need to plus this into a mixer? Also would this work with a 300 watt mixer
Answer:	I use a 1/4" jack - the unit is simple to use - any type of mixer will work - I have a Tascam MK3 8 input deck for a mixer - it works fine - what I really like is using a stereo CD player for monitor speakers - light easy to carry lots of sound
Question:	What is the best way (sound quality) to connect a passive mixer to this speaker? 1/4 inch plug or RCA
Answer:	Speaker has to sets of inputs. XLR & 1/4 jack Mic level and XLR & RCA Line Level. You can use the 1/4 in Mic level for a line input by turning down the level control. This method allows either channel to function OK. But if you have a stereo mix it would be best to use the paired RCA jacks to amplifie both right and left channels.
Question:	Can I connect my microphone to it using a cord
Answer:	Yes...... If your mic has an XLR cable, this will work. If your mic is a cheaper style with a 1/4" male, that will also work..... You are better off buying a small mixer and going mic to mixer to RPG8. Buy a mixer with reverb.

Answer:	Hi,Yes it can however, you would need to have an external power amp to power the speaker as this is not a powered speaker and the drum kit will not provide the wattage or power to produce the speaker sound. Thanks

Answer:	Hi Lindsay, Mr. KenBJammen's comment is pretty much spot on. These SA-10M will be suitable for smaller venues and are ideal for monitoring vocals and guitars. As a drummer myself, I mostly want bass and rhythm guitar in my monitor, with other instruments sort of "salt and peppered" into my monitor mix. If you find that you also prefer to have more bass and rhythm in your mix as well, then you may be better served by a stronger 15" monitor, such as our SAX-15M or FL-15MP. The SAX-15M is visible on Amazon at the moment, but the FL-15MP are currently out of stock. Also consider, these monitors are passive and you will require a separate power amplifier to power them. If you do not select a suitable rated amplifier, in terms of the wattage, then you end up underpowering (or overpowering) the monitors and in either case, this will lead to blown woofers and tweeters. You may also want to consider a powered a.k.a. active monitor, with the amplifier already built in, but this all depends on any existing equipment you have and plan to use. Answer:	Hello, thank you for your interest in the SA-10m monitor from Seismic Audio. Whether this will work on your stage will depend greatly on which musicians and guitar amps you have. I use this on stage with a fairly loud drummer, but a reserved guitar player with a single 12 combo. If you are dealing with someone with a Marshall half stack that "has to crank it to get his tone" it may not work.
