Answer:	The software is licensed to a single user and allows you to activate it up to three times to help you in case your hard drive dies before you can deactivate it. This feature would also allow you to run the software on a home computer and a laptop at the same time (or 2 laptops), for example. It is not licensed for multiple owners. Hope this helps!

Answer:	As of this writing, eMedia Piano and Keyboard Method Deluxe will run on Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Mac OS X 10.5 to 10.12. It will run on Mac OS X 10.13 if you upgraded to High Sierra from an older Mac operating system on the same computer but not without issues if you have a new Mac with 10.13 already installed. Answer:	The lessons (over 450 total) can be accessed with or without the interactive feedback feature.Volume 1 can use either your computer microphone or MIDI compatible keyboard to give you instant feedback by highlighting notes played correctly in melodies. If you are using a MIDI keyboard, then it can also give you specific feedback on mistakes and can give you personalized reports to show your rate of progress.Volume 2 does not appear to be able to use your computer's microphone for feedback. When using a MIDI-compatible keyboard, you can get feedback on mistakes made while playing selected exercises, including notes and rhythms.

Answer:	I got this for my daughter, but yes, it does alert her if her tempo is off or holding the notes too long. She said the notes do change color when you make an error and as far as some of the information, there is a button you select for "feedback" and it tells you that you held a note too long or making some other kind of error. Basically the same feedback a piano teacher would give you. She really likes the software and she has used it solely to learn how to play the piano.

Question:	do I need to purchase any wires to connect my computer to my keyboard
Answer:	You can get a lot out of this software from doing the lessons without using interactive feedback features. No wires needed for that. If you have a microphone on your computer (like many laptops do) then you can get some basic interactive feedback if your computer can "hear" your keyboard through some speakers. For the most comprehensive interactive feedback, the software requires a MIDI connection between your keyboard and computer. This would require a cable. I hope this helps!

Answer:	We just used a normal keyboard that is the size of a piano, same size keys. We didn't use anything for the interactive feedback. We would just run the lesson and then play. My kids and I really learned a lot from this program. It is all the beginning lessons, something to start kids learning. Would recommend this for anyone just starting out learning.

Answer:	The P45 weighs 11.5 pounds more than the P71. Since the reviews suggest that the keys are weighted the same and the sounds are the same, perhaps the difference is in the internal framing and chassis. So the P71 is easier to carry but is probably more fragile.

Answer:	Yes, there was a manual included. I wasn't too happy with it because of the very small print making it difficult for me to read. I finally ended up scanning the complete manual so I could view it on my computer. There wasn't one available for the Casio CTX700 for download.

Answer:	Hi Jerry C. YES!!! PC or Laptop, etc. If it has a USB port you're good to go! If you have your favorite DAW you can experience one of the greatest creativity options ever. Imagine, using your MIDI to record a note(s) into your DAW. Then by using MIDI edit, you can take those same note(s) and make them louder or soft, change the length on sound, change the note up or down, slide note(s) back and forth or up and down at will, plus more than I've discovered to date. The Casio 61-key portable keyboard (CTX700) gives you the same functionality as the more expensive brands. I only regret waiting this long before I finally made my purchase. But, by doing so, my creativity level has skyrocketed. The question most asked regarding my music is: "How did you do that??? I hope this helped you and I hope you make some of the most fantastic music ever heard!!!

Answer:	It was probably made in China and I doubt it was BPA free. It was a piece of junk and I returned it. I was bummed because it received such good reviews. Maybe I had the dud in the lot. Good luck.
Question:	What is the difference between educational and premium packs
Answer:	Only 1! Nice wooden maraca, cute detailing, but $6 for just 1 (vs. a pair) seems a bit much.
Question:	can you shift octaves on the keyboard
Answer:	I'm not sure what the manufacturer suggest but it is a little stiff for a small child play so I would say perhaps 4 yrs old. It has great sound.
