Answer:	For a beginner or child, yes it is good. However, when it breaks or wears out it will likely not be fixable. At that point, you would want a better quality clarinet anyway. Also, I know a clarinet player who just likes having a red clarinet for fun. Professional players will say these are junk, and that may be true, but they are not meant to be played by professionals.

Answer:	Ebonite is not plastic or wood. It is hard rubber which many professionals use because of its' excellent tonal properties. It doesn't crack or bend like the wooden clarinets sometimes do. My father played clarinet and sax for many years in various bands. He had an ebonite clarinet and he always liked it. They are much easier to care for than a wooden clarinet. I have three clarinets--two ebonites and one grenadite--I prefer the ebonite. I believe all the mouthpieces for sax and clarinet are made of ebonite. This clarinet is incredible for the price!!! You can't go wrong with this.

Question:	What do i do if one of the tiny screws got lost and one of the keys fell off
Answer:	No , this clarinet's case doesn't have a strap, it only has a handle. Sort of like a briefcase handle , but it folds down slim to the case when not in use so it doesn't get in the way. It's very smart and sleek looking. If you wanted to carry it by a strap, I would suggest slipping this immaculate case in another case or bag with a strap on it. This will prevent bumps and marks that often involve strap portage.

Answer:	A ligature is required. I would suggest the Rovner.
Question:	What's the difference between the b45 standard and this b45 dot
Answer:	After comparing these two, I am really not be able to tell the difference. My daughter is 11 years old and using both now. She has been playing clarinet for 2 years. She would like b45 better than dot. However we are not the real expert. Hopefully it can help.
Question:	Just bought the vandoren b45 mouthpiece for my daughter. she is extremely sharp when she plays. what things can we try to get her in tune
Answer:	Perhaps a harder reed, adjust the tuning barrel, the long you make the horn the more the pitch will come down. Try pulling the barrel to get the open g in tune and then pull the middle apart to put long b in tune. Also, maybe have someone else that plays clarinet try to play it and see if they can get it in tune, if they can't then its time for a trip to the shop.Lastly, the B45 dot is a good mouthpiece for someone that plays sax and clarinet, its pretty free blowing and has a less stuffy feel to it in my opinion. Maybe making it easier blow will help her to relax a little more.
