Answer:	Yes it is. You have to use the Program Compatibility feature that should run automatically when you start the program. If not, type Program Compatibility into the search bar on your computer and go from there. (I can't find the actual location of that program on my computer. Anyone else know where it is?)

Answer:	I'm told it does work with Windows 8, but I'm currently running Windows 7. The easiest way to find out if your computer will run it would be to go to Steam and download the free demo. If that works, the game should run fine.

Answer:	Yes. When going to install it will take you to Steam and you'll download it from there. Then you can play it without the disc.

Answer:	Yes, it's set up so you have to log on to Steam to get the game set up. I'm not sure if you have to after the initial download, but you have to put in a Steam code at first. This is a fantastic game, but I would say wait until you can access Steam to get it.

Answer:	Yes & no. You have to connect to the steam server to install the game, but after jt is installed you can play in offline mode. There should not be that much to install. If the game tries to dl a lot, then the install from disk failed and is trying to finish by dling the rest. If that happens, right click on the game in steam and remove the game. Depending on your connection it is usually faster to install as many times as nessesary. (Took me 3 attempts since i had to use the net at a free wi-fi hotspot.)
