Answer:	I don't know how the Back of Aeron chair looks like. Lorell Head rest has two holes which are approx 3.5 inch apart. If your chair back has any open holes which are 3.5 inches apart, then you can fix this head rest.

Answer:	I don't think screws were included (though I've forgotten what exactly was the packaging), since what you'd need would vary depending upon what chair or surface the screws were going into. Answer:	I didn't use any washers, just the original bolts from the old arm rests. The thread is for a 1/4 inch bolt, so a 1/4 inch washer should do, if you need one.

Answer:	The arm pads are fairly universal. The biggest issue you will encounter is the length between the screws on the arms. Measure your current chair and see if it is 4" or not. Amazon as other arms pads that offer different variations of lengths if this one doesn't work for you.
