Answer:	I have the p71 which is basically the same as the p45. It works fine. The top is wider than the keyboard but there are some rubber grips that slide. You just put the grips where you want the keyboard to sit so it doesn't slide.

Answer:	I am currently using it to support my 70 pound stage piano without any issue. As far as break-point capacity, I am not sure.

Answer:	There is a central lever at the lower pivot point that has locking teeth. Pull the lever our to disengage the teeth and then adjust the height, then lock the teeth back into position by securing the lever. The only issue would be if you are using a keyboard less than 49 keys or so, if you lower it too much, the supports may spread too far to support a narrower keyboard/synth. This is definitely designed for bigger keyboards (61-88 keys) It works great and my daughter is now using my 70 pound stage piano in her room to practice piano whenever she wants, with headphones. Very stable and working great!

Answer:	Assembled dimensions w/o keyboard: H=26", W=52", D=11". Height to top of keys =28-3/4". The height to the top of the pedals (if you are going to get those,) is approximately 2-1/2". The pedal height is adjustable, but that's pretty much the lowest height. I had to make a wooden heel rest to make it more comfortable to play. The stand is made from Medium density fiberboard, but it is sturdy enough for home use. Assembly is not difficult. Tip, use the boxes and packing materials to support the pieces in position while you assemble them, otherwise, you will need a helper.
Question:	Is this OK for a P-35? I'm planning to take it to South America by plane. Does it come disarmed? how big is the box
Answer:	I have installed this with my Yamaha P-35, and it works fine. There is a bit of 'free play' before the screws are tighten, about 1/8 to 1/4 in. total of space that you can move the keyboard left-right in between the 2 metal brackets at the 2 ends, but this doesn't cause any trouble. Not sure if this is because the P95 is about 1/8+ in. longer than the P35, or maybe it's just extra space for calibration by design. These end brackets attach the piano to the stand; their screws holes are big enogh to allow for this adjustment, and once the screws are tighten, the piano is secured without any issue. These brackets are under the piano's frame, so the extra gaps are not noticeably visible, and the side pieces of the stand still fit the side ends of the P35 perfectly.

Answer:	No. I don't understand the other answer about the width being perfect. I have the P115B, essentially the same size as the P105B, but the stand will NOT adjust small enough in the width. So, the piano sits on top and, even worse, it is too wide for the piano to sit on both rubber bumpers at the same time, so part of the piano is sitting on bare metal. Finally - because I have it set to the narrowest width, my knees hit the stand. I'm sending this back. Not the stand's fault, just too big.

Answer:	Sorry, I'm not familiar with the a stage two tier addition for this stand. My use has been only as a stand for a single Yamaha YPG 235 at home. For this application it works great because it is sturdy and stable and has no problem handling fairly heavy and wide keyboards. In case you're planning to use it in a sitting mode, I would caution you to be aware that it is tough to find a comfortable place to put your knees.

Answer:	I haven't tried that---hopefully someone will and share their results. In the meantime, it's worth noting that purchasing an adjustable bench can help you achieve a comfortable keyboard height relative to your seat height. At least this is how I managw, because the minimum height of this keyboard-stand is far too high for any other chair in my room.

Answer:	The pedal has reversible polarity, so it will work with all keyboards.

Answer:	It appears this is a simple on/off switch pedal. For continuous or gradient performance the phrases to look for in sustain pedal description are "half-damper" or "half-pedaling." If there is no indication by the manufacturer of one of those descriptions, the pedal is just an on/off switch. If your digital piano or electronic keyboard supports half-damper, then a half-damper pedal varies the nature of the sustain effect based on how far down you depress the pedal. The only half-damper pedals I have found so are the Yamaha FC3A, Roland DP-10, and Korg DS1H. The half-damper effect emulates the action on an acoustic piano of lifting the felt damping pads only part way off of the strings.

Different manufacturers may program their keyboards to respond to the opposite (127 when up, 0 when down) and to combat this some pedals may come with a switch to change the polarity of the pedal to match that of the keyboard. Answer:	There is no problem getting your legs underneath where the keyboard rests. The bar is 11” from the end of stand. You can also adjust the keyboard forward or back or up or down to fit your knees comfortably underneath. Keep in mind this is a portable stand and you need the crossbar for stability.

Answer:	My daughter is 8 yrs old and she uses it. the rubber protectors at the base keep falling off and I have to keep putting them back in but thats besides your question.
