User questions & answers
Question: | Does this stand fit Yamaha P-45 88 keys keyboard? how does the circular locking work |
Answer: | I have the p71 which is basically the same as the p45. It works fine. The top is wider than the keyboard but there are some rubber grips that slide. You just put the grips where you want the keyboard to sit so it doesn't slide. |
Question: | Was I suppose to receive the screws with the packaging??? The directions for assembly are horrible! Do I have to go out to purchase the 4 screws for the base? Please advise |
Answer: | The screws did not come with the one I ordered. They are not inside the holes. I am also missing directions for assembly. |
Question: | What is the Item (Max & Min) assembled height? how high how low the keyboard can be |
Answer: | Lowest height 27 inches. tallest 39. at tallest setting there is 9 inches between supports. lowest setting is 30 inches between supports. |
Question: | how to put it together |
Answer: | We were never able to do so. Yamaha has a poor shipping method for this product so that it almost guaranteed to arrive with a broken plastic locking knob. We returned the first and the replacement came with the same broken part. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Will fit yamaha psr e |
Answer: | SORRY, I can't answer that , but I can tell you it's not UNIVERSAL as I take that to mean. I think it must only be universal to the stands THEY MAKE.. It would not fit mine. It would not fit either one of two stands that I have. |
Question: | What is going on here? All the reviews mention guitars, but it's a keyboard stand |
Answer: | When I scanned all of the reviews, only 3 of the 186 were for the keyboard stand, so a little hard to have faith. But all 3 were 5-star, and the brand gets good reviews for the guitar stands. So ... maybe? |
Question: | I have a General Music CD1 keyboard but I don't see any mounting holes on the bottom of it. Will this stand work with it then |
Answer: | Same answer as someone else;I don't use the straps either. Some stands don't have any. |
Question: | For the keyboard stand, does the locking cap fit to all keyboards at any height? Thanks |
Answer: | No it does not!! Even their own website states that the locking straps will not fit all keyboards. I have a Yamaha YPG-235 and the straps are 3 inches too short on each side. |

User questions & answers
Question: | What is the Weight capacity |
Answer: | I am currently using it to support my 70 pound stage piano without any issue. As far as break-point capacity, I am not sure. |
Question: | how to adjust the height and fix it |
Answer: | There is a central lever at the lower pivot point that has locking teeth. Pull the lever our to disengage the teeth and then adjust the height, then lock the teeth back into position by securing the lever. The only issue would be if you are using a keyboard less than 49 keys or so, if you lower it too much, the supports may spread too far to support a narrower keyboard/synth. This is definitely designed for bigger keyboards (61-88 keys) It works great and my daughter is now using my 70 pound stage piano in her room to practice piano whenever she wants, with headphones. Very stable and working great! |
Question: | Will this fit the Williams Allegro 2 and will it go relatively low for a folding chair |
Answer: | Yes it dose fit, we bought it to go with our Alleged 2 and if you check the views you will see the locking mechanism and it's a 360 year style so it will adjust to any height you need. |
Question: | Will this fit our 39 inch long - 61 key casio inc. lk175 61-key lighted key personal keyboard |
Answer: | Yes, We use it for a full 88 keyboard. |

The Xfinity Keyboard Stand from RockJam is a sturdy metal, double X keyboard stand that can safely support digital keyboards - up to 45 pounds - at home or on stage.
Infinitely Adjustable
The XFinity has a unique mechanism that lets you set the height at any level between 4-38 inches. User questions & answers
Question: | Will this stand also fit the p115 b |
Answer: | Yes, this stand will fit the P115 Keyboard. Thanks David. |
Question: | Is this a good fit for the P-105, as well |
Answer: | Yes, I have the p-105 and it fits perfectly. |
Question: | What are the assembled dimensions of the stand alone (height, width, depth)? How high is the keyboard (to the top of the keys) when on this stand |
Answer: | Assembled dimensions w/o keyboard: H=26", W=52", D=11". Height to top of keys =28-3/4". The height to the top of the pedals (if you are going to get those,) is approximately 2-1/2". The pedal height is adjustable, but that's pretty much the lowest height. I had to make a wooden heel rest to make it more comfortable to play. The stand is made from Medium density fiberboard, but it is sturdy enough for home use. Assembly is not difficult. Tip, use the boxes and packing materials to support the pieces in position while you assemble them, otherwise, you will need a helper. |
Question: | Is this OK for a P-35? I'm planning to take it to South America by plane. Does it come disarmed? how big is the box |
Answer: | I have installed this with my Yamaha P-35, and it works fine. There is a bit of 'free play' before the screws are tighten, about 1/8 to 1/4 in. total of space that you can move the keyboard left-right in between the 2 metal brackets at the 2 ends, but this doesn't cause any trouble. Not sure if this is because the P95 is about 1/8+ in. longer than the P35, or maybe it's just extra space for calibration by design. These end brackets attach the piano to the stand; their screws holes are big enogh to allow for this adjustment, and once the screws are tighten, the piano is secured without any issue. These brackets are under the piano's frame, so the extra gaps are not noticeably visible, and the side pieces of the stand still fit the side ends of the P35 perfectly. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does this work for a Yamaha P Series P105B piano. And can you tell how much it weighs when boxed. Thanks |
Answer: | No. I don't understand the other answer about the width being perfect. I have the P115B, essentially the same size as the P105B, but the stand will NOT adjust small enough in the width. So, the piano sits on top and, even worse, it is too wide for the piano to sit on both rubber bumpers at the same time, so part of the piano is sitting on bare metal. Finally - because I have it set to the narrowest width, my knees hit the stand. I'm sending this back. Not the stand's fault, just too big. |
Question: | does it work with an on stage two tier addition (ksa |
Answer: | Sorry, I'm not familiar with the a stage two tier addition for this stand. My use has been only as a stand for a single Yamaha YPG 235 at home. For this application it works great because it is sturdy and stable and has no problem handling fairly heavy and wide keyboards. In case you're planning to use it in a sitting mode, I would caution you to be aware that it is tough to find a comfortable place to put your knees. |
Question: | The minimum height is too high for me. Can the bottom and top horizontal bars along the narrower X segment be swapped? Anyone tried that successfully |
Answer: | I haven't tried that---hopefully someone will and share their results. In the meantime, it's worth noting that purchasing an adjustable bench can help you achieve a comfortable keyboard height relative to your seat height. At least this is how I managw, because the minimum height of this keyboard-stand is far too high for any other chair in my room. |
Question: | Does this stand work for a yamaha psr |
Answer: | This stand is extremely stable and well built. It will work for practically any full size keyboard. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does this pedal work with all Korg keyboards |
Answer: | The pedal has reversible polarity, so it will work with all keyboards. |
Question: | Does this pedal have a gradient on the sensitivity for the sustain, OR is it an on/off sustain switch |
Answer: | It appears this is a simple on/off switch pedal. For continuous or gradient performance the phrases to look for in sustain pedal description are "half-damper" or "half-pedaling." If there is no indication by the manufacturer of one of those descriptions, the pedal is just an on/off switch. If your digital piano or electronic keyboard supports half-damper, then a half-damper pedal varies the nature of the sustain effect based on how far down you depress the pedal. The only half-damper pedals I have found so are the Yamaha FC3A, Roland DP-10, and Korg DS1H. The half-damper effect emulates the action on an acoustic piano of lifting the felt damping pads only part way off of the strings. |
Question: | Where is the cable of the pedal |
Answer: | its permanently attached to the pedal. |
Question: | For a while, my pedal sustained when NOT depressed, sort of a reverse functionality, which I actually appreciated...but can't replicate. Anyone else |
Answer: | According to the FAQ on the manufacturer's web site (for the SP-Double and SP-Triple), ¨Are the pedals switchable? The pedals will not have a switch to change polarity and will operate as normally open. This means that the pedal will send a value of 0 when up and a value of 127 when pressed down all the way. Different manufacturers may program their keyboards to respond to the opposite (127 when up, 0 when down) and to combat this some pedals may come with a switch to change the polarity of the pedal to match that of the keyboard. Typically, though there are ways around this without the need for the switch.¨ (The article is on the manufacture's website at: http://m-audio.com/kb/article/1967 ) |
