| Answer: | The tuner is chromatic so even if you can’t adjust it you could always figure out how far off one led is (so if 1 light off is by say -4 you could detune 1 light flat to get 436 and so on with each led flat or sharp) by using another tuner that is capable of adjustment or has an anolog readout. |

| Answer: | No, no instructions, none of the 10 or 12 that I have purchased over the past couple of years had instructions. Question please, what is your intended application? I could help you with some tips & tricks. They are a very good rod piezo, the pre amp and graphic equilizer are very good....the 9v. Battery last a long time, hundreds of hours in my experience. The built in battery check light is very handy. The leads/wires are plenty long enough and all is soldered together & ready to go. My recommendation is to purchase the unit & experiment with it. Put a battery in it, plug you standard 1/4” guitar cord into the unit, plunge the other end into your amp. Tap on the piezo, hold it directly onto the top of a guitar or hold it tightly to the bridge, you will be impressed with the quality. Every application will have little nuances, but the concept is all the same. The pickup amplified vibrations it comes into contact with! |

| Answer: | This is a 2.5 mm mono miniature Jack plug (also called 2.5 mm miniature phone plug). Make sure you have a spare one in case you plan to cut the cable for shortening purposes and re-solder this plug. The original plug is not suitable for disassembling. |

| Answer: | I don't have a single complaint about my Cherub G-Tone GT-6. However, when a company creates a new product for an existing marketplace, they have to make some decisions about quality vs. price... This means that since components are purchased from the lowest bidder rather than the higher-quality suppliers, there is bound to be a higher incidence of failure in the end product. This is one of the least expensive pick-ups available today... you have to expect that quality suffers in order to achieve that price. The company that creates this product, however, should have the value of "returned items" factored into their business model. I recommend that you contact your supplier and express your dissatisfaction with the product and request an exchange for a new item (if you want to roll the dice again, which is what I'd probably do), or a refund if you'd rather step up to a higher quality product. I find that most on-line retailers would rather accept the cost of replacing a faulty product than risk a scathing review about selling complete junk. Most retailers will treat us however we allow them to (they still have a business to run, after all), so please don't allow anyone to take your money without even an effort at recompense. When we stand up to retailers who push sub-standard products and then count on us to just roll over and accept the loss, we do all on-line consumers a favor by helping to make that business model less tenable. At the end of the day, you don't get what you pay for, you get what you settle for. Again, I can only tell you that I'm completely satisfied with my Cherub G-Tone. Good luck in your efforts. |

| Answer: | Passive pick-ups by nature need extra boost. The Baggs Session DI is both a direct box as well as a pre-amp. This will help boost your volume to an amp or sound board. I'm not sure how much control the compression or sound shaping will do for you since it was designed for acoustic guitar frequencies, but I certainly don't see it hurting your sound. Play around with it and dial in as much as you feel you need. |
