Answer:	The seller posted this: "The xGuitarx x1 Capo is made of Zinc and x3 Capo aluminum alloy. x1 is made with a more expensive and resistant material and it's a little bit heavier than the x3." I can't say much more than that, as I have not compared the different models. I have some aluminum capos and this one made of zink, which is supposedly more durable, but I have not had any problems with any of them. I haven't dropped them, either, so I can base my judgment only on normal usage. That said, I actually like the Dunlop toggle capos the best. They are easy to use, less bulky, and pretty much indestructible. The come in different shapes (fast and curved, depending on what guitar you have).

Question:	Why is this cheaper than nanoweb coating? Also is the coating poisonous in any way
Answer:	They last longer than nanoweb. I like them better
Question:	I don't know what went wrong. A string broke under a week after I put the polyweb mediums on. Why did this happen
Answer:	The only thing that I know of to cause that is over tension. Which I have done in the past by not realizing that I was tuning the string an octave higher that I should have. I don't remember which string it was but I had over tighten it while watching the tuner and tuned to the wrong octave. The string broke the next day, I ask a luthier what could have happened, he gave me the probable cause. When I replaced the string I was more careful tuning and realized that he was right I had over tighten the string. So that is something to consider as a possible cause. Since that happened a few years ago I have change many strings and never had it happen again.

Answer:	the set I ordered had the anti rust plain steels, these strings last quite a while but the high e string always seems to weaken after about a month and just snaps, even though all the strings still sound fresh when this happens. i have tried 5 sets of Elixir polywebs and every single set the high e gives up on me and snaps after about 4 or 5 weeks

Answer:	I never used acoustic strings on my electric guitars. These strings were to thin and light for my electric guitars so I'm sure they will be to light for a acoustic. I use D'Addario .012-.056 phospher bronze on all my acoustics even the ones with electronics in them. I like my acoustic guitars to sound full and rich.
Question:	How do these hold up? Since they are so thin I fear they would break easily
Answer:	That’s strings hold up very well. They are of the typical Dunlop quality, which is consistently outstanding. I always give them a gentle stretch and they hold tune very well. If you’re a bit heavy handed, you may need to lighten up your touch and it will be weird at first. I went from .010-.046 to the .007 set on my Gibson ES 333 and bends are so much easier and my arthritis doesn’t hurt so much and my stinging vibrato ala BB King is so much more controllable. They last a good long while, have great tone and it’s a nice change to my guitars for playing comfort, especially as I get older. Very, very highly recommended!

Question:	How easy are these strings to bend? I'm looking for a good country sound that are easy to bend
Answer:	I play a lot of country and blues tunes on my Telecaster. I have been using Elixir Polyweb 9-42 gauge strings for a few years. I have no problems with bends. The tension feels the same as any other 9-42 gauge strings that I have used. The main plus is that Elixir strings keep their tone much longer than non coated strings. Supposedly, Elixer Nanoweb strings have a slightly brighter tone and feel than the Polyweb strings. I recommend at least trying a set on your electric guitar to see if you like the tone and feel. I have had a set of Elixer Nanoweb 9-42 on my Heritage electric guitar with humbucking pickups for over a year with no breakage and very little loss of tone! I use Elixer Polyweb 10-46 on my Stratocaster. I don't do a lot of string bends on the Strat, but I like the slightly heavier feel and warmer tones on that guitar. Hope this answers the question for you.

Answer:	Technically, you could use the 6th string of this pack as your 1st string on your bass. But don't bother. Just buy a pack of bass guitar strings.

Answer:	The smaller the gauge, the thinner the strings are. Usually, people refer to them as "9s, 10s, 11s and sometimes 12s." That refers to the high E string (the smallest one) at 0.009mm thick, 0.10mm thick, 0.11mm etc... If you're a beginner, 9s will be the easiest to play, but you may be better off using 10s right from the start so you can build up some strength. But you don't want playing to be uncomfortable. To be honest, the best way to learn and to gain finger strength would be by playing acoustic guitar

Answer:	Some sellers don't exactly know what balanced tension strings are so they probably though you just wanted 9's

Answer:	The strings are sold in sets of 6 strings. A set of strings for a guitar contains 6 strings... Some music stores sell individual strings, but these strings are sold in full sets of 6. Each string set includes 6 strings: one each of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th string (each string is a different gauge). For example: 1-pack: contains 1 set of 6 strings 3-pack: contains 3 sets of 6 strings (each of the 3 sets contains 6 strings) 10-pack: contains 10 sets of 6 strings (each of the 10 sets contains 6 strings) In other words, if you purchase the 3-pack, you will get 3 full sets of all 6 strings!
Question:	What does 3D mean
Answer:	It is just D'Addario's (SKU) way of naming the strings, it's a 3-pack of strings. Their single packs are EXL-110 and the three-pack is just EXL-110-3D.Thanks, Jason

Answer:	Shure thing man it will work on almost everyguitar. The only exeption would be if you were playing a really low tuning these string might not be tight enough hope that helps
