Answer:	It's said to be a Dynacomp clone which would be a CA3080, which would be a pretty generic op amp circuit, probably jfets on a chip.

Answer:	It makes soft sounds louder to get to the same volume as louder ones, evening out your playing. Consider how you can hit a low note on a bass that can rattle your teeth but hitting a note on a higher string seems to have little impact. Turn the compressor on and it all is very even. But if you're wanting a thick chunky sound, this is what you want.

Question:	i just bought this awesomeness, but there is a pause between loops! maybe i can update? how can i update the Lekato looper
Answer:	you have to strike your first note right when you step on the pedal. I created a rather complex loop which keeps perfect time, but striking the note and stepping on the pedal at the same time created a click sound. Don't know if that always happens...just started experimenting with this pedal.

Answer:	The cd2399gp chip converts the analog signal to digital as it comes in, implements the delay digitally storing the signal in on board 44k of ram, then converts the digital back to analog on the way out. If properly designed, there is nothing wrong with a digital delay, but the advertising is misleading. The dry signal likely remains analog, only the delay goes through digital processing. Note, the longer the delay, the higher the total harmonic distortion.

Question:	Can you see the screen in the dark, IE.. is it backlit
Answer:	Yes it is. In fact, the entire backlit screen turns green when the string is in tune (it is blue otherwise, flat or sharp). However, I can't figure out how to change the tuning mode from chromatic to guitar. It works in chromatic mode, but I feel it would work better if it only had EADGBE to choose from.
Question:	When tuning, does it mute the output
Answer:	I use this tuner on my pedal board. Yes, it does mute the output when engaged for tuning. It is also true bypass when not tuning. Not a fancy tuner, but perfect for live performance.

Answer:	Must be defective. Mine has zero hum. My pedals hummed more Daisy chained.

Answer:	Nope as it's 120 mA and the max on the pedal supply is 100 mA. With something like that, you likely want it plugged in on its own into a conditioner unless you're going with a more powerful power supply chain.
