Answer:	The sticks I ordered were the dipped ones which were natural wood with wood tips - the images showing on the item now are different than what I received - I can’t say if that’s a listing error, bad photo or if the item itself has changed.

Answer:	5A is the standard size but 7A is lighter so your kid being in 5th grade might like the 7a since the are lighter.

Answer:	I don't know exactly but I have other 7A sticks and this is a lighter, sturdier feel to me. These sticks are amazing!

Answer:	Hello. Quite frankly, several pieces of information in the listing are incorrect, as is your comparison to the other Zildjian models. The second photo in the listing indicating a 17" length is not a photo provided by Zildjian and is completely inaccurate. We are reporting the errant photo to Amazon and requesting it be removed. The 16" length indicated in the bullet points is correct. However, the correct diameter is 0.560". We have also reported this error to Zildjian and requested it be corrected. Regarding your comparison, the Black and Purple DIP models from Zildjian are not available in Super 7A. They are available in 7A, which is what we think you may be trying to compare. 7A sticks are slightly smaller in diameter and length when compared to Super 7A. Answer:	They are a custom size for Travis Barker they are about the same size as a 2b but weigh as much as a 5b best stick I have ever played with hands down very comfortable.

Answer:	Theirs no age group for them . These drumsticks are a little bit longer and a slight beefier. Reason for it they are based off the design of what Travis Barker the drummer from Blink-182 uses when he plays. Overall they are amazing drumsticks.

Answer:	No where near as bad as the white ones. I never cleaned my cymbals and eventually they get dirty but its way better than the white ones. I hated the white ones.

Question:	I would use these sticks for fitness classes (pound fitness) Are they durable for that? I only usually do two pound fitness routines per class
Answer:	7a drumsticks are too lightweight and thin. Type in "pound fitness sticks" and at $15-$20 per pair are plastic and weigh 4.4 oz. If want the Zildjian then use size 2b for $8.29 at 3 oz. or try "Vic Firth MS5 Corpsmaster Snare Sticks" for $8.25 at 8 oz. or "Vic Firth American Classic Metal" sticks for $7.69 at 5 oz. Real drumsticks are made of wood and might splinter or snap when pounding on floor. And I personally do not like the Zildjian black dip because the dip tends to flake off. It looks like the plastic "pound fitness sticks" have a thicker, foamy grip that might be better for that use. And the plastic should be more sturdy for pounding on floor and probably less damaging.

Answer:	The 7a for young kids. I have small hands and find the 7A a little too thin and light for my own playing. I play my kit with 5a but use heavier Vic Firth American Classic "Metal" for practice pad. As for the nylon dip, it tends to flake and come off with even very light use. I prefer plain wood.
