Answer:	I use it for a 20" Zildjian A ride. It is mounted right above one of my floor toms, so I have it low and it does well with such a heavy cymbal. I don't recommend extending it high with a bigger cymbal, but it could probably handle a 16" or smaller with no problem.

Question:	Hello, can someone tell me the minimum height of the cymbals
Answer:	This is a really difficult question to answer as there is really no right answer. The extension tube can be lowered to the minimum position but you can then play around with the legs to lower the stand even more. If you lower it too much, as for a very small person/child, you will probably have to cut the sliding rod as it will be protruding too much. This would apply to any hi-hat stand. Hope this helps you.
