Question:	Does this guitar need set up (other than tuning) out of the box
Answer:	I bought mine from amazon warehouse so it had been previously sold and returned. Didn't play well out of the box and had lots of fret buzz so it could be that it got out of whack after being shipped four times....plus the shipping box was damaged so much so that the delivery guy thought I should refuse it. Make no mistake this is a budget guitar, but I think the quality is very good. A lot of people modify them with upgraded pickups and electronics, but I think it sounds just fine as it is after getting the setup right. Downloaded the adjustment instructions from Fender website and bought a new set of strings for $7 and a string action ruler for $8 and checked and readjusted where needed. Took a little time, but it plays nice now with no fret buzz anywhere on the neck.

Answer:	I brought this set for my granddaughter at the age of 1year, but I ended up giving it to my great nephew at the age of 3 years old. So depending on the maturity or adventurous nature of the child, I think 1-1/2 -5 years old is a good age. Its not really harmful if playing in the tub or out of the tube with an supervise adult. ENJOY!

As for the butterscotch color, it's a beautiful butterscotch with a clear coat so you can clearly see the wood grains straight through. It's interesting because other butterscotch blonde telecasters have a solid color and you cannot see through them, but for this affinity telecaster, it's quite a sight to see in person.

Question:	Is this right or left handed
Answer:	I don't see why not. As long as the input is via a 1/4 inch mono plug. It is an amazing little practice amp but don't expect it to reproduce the sounds like a more powerfulamp and 12 inch speaker.

Answer:	If you are expecting any kind of real bass feel, this amp won't give it to you. I would rather spend the money on a bass-buddy, it's like a little personal guitar amp. It clips to your belt and you plug your guitar in and then slip on the headphones. For the bass, it gives you several bass setups like 'slap' or 'fretless' . If you don't want to use headphones, run the headphone jack from the bass buddy into a stereo input and you'll find a better sound.
Question:	Since the body is thinner, is it too thin for a prewired strat pickguard? i have a prewired yjm fury guard needing a home
Answer:	You can use it normally. It's plastic but it's well built. However if you use it in extreme condition you have to protect. But If you use it normally..be care only in front part where you can find speaker. In fact speaker could be demaged. But this problem is for all amply big and small
Question:	Why is there no place for a whammy bar
Answer:	Simply put, it dosent. The fender is a nice shelf nicknack to look at, and it's ok with headphones to, but its sound is pretty lacking. The Orange would be a real practice amp. Of any real micro amp to consider I would spend a little more and get a vox mini 3. Just this past year I had the chance to help run sound for Peter Furler, he used one live mic'd with a Sennheiser e609 playing his Gretch White Falcon and it sounded amazing!

Question:	Does anyone know what size whammy bar fits in this guy
Answer:	Yes. First of all this is a blend of natural calming and sleep supplements. NOT just melatonin. Also, melatonin can cause vivid, disturbing, violent nightmares or not even work at all. And like someone mentioned here their daughter started sleep walking. Melatonin only makes me sleep if I take 20+ mg, which my doctor says should sedate a horse. I also told her the nightmares I was having when I take it and she acknowledged that Melatonin can do that for some people. I prefer Lemon Balm (Melissa), Valerian, Hops, Chamomile, Marigold - in a formulation. And I only take a sleep blend if it has low Melatonin (1-3 mg for most people is average). Melatonin by itself isn't always the best. Try this formulation instead.

Question:	Does it come with strings
Answer:	It comes strung and all you have to do is tune it. You can use the computer for tuning. You can get the sounds to play. There were no extra strings as far as I know. I bought this guitar for my son and he has it at his place. Hope this helps and I hope I am right about the strings on there. You might consider contacting the shipper and also check the comments to see if anyone mentions a string issue.
