Answer:	Hi..I have arthritis issues myself. The guitar is quite comfortable to play. Tapers from 2 1/2in to 2in. C shaped neck. Action comes low. This was my 3rd Oscar Schmidt purchase. For the price can't beat the quality.

Answer:	When I ordered mine, it included a cheap 1/4" guitar cable. But basicly yes. Mine was simply the guitar

Answer:	Change the string they get too loose even for D standard but if you know how to adjust the guitar then you can do that too

Answer:	I bought this for my 28 year old son. He loves his guitars. I am not musically inclined but it is a standard adult sized lefty. It was his 1st 12 string and he loves it

It's a $250 guitar that produces $1000 guitar sound! Only negative is requires frequent tuning, but I'm certain that is due to the amount of tension 12strings places on the neck.
