I think this is a Stereo mixer, I guess it will downgrade the 5.1 audio to Stereo and mix it with the Mic and send the audio out in Stereo format, either through HDMI or the Audio output. I know, I prefer to just call someone up and talk though my pain as well, but with this company you need to use email and what no longer than 24 hours for their response. Question:	What part do I need to use to charge microphones? I’ve been charging for a few hours and it only shows one car on the battery part
Answer:	The first time I charged I just connected the charger to charging brick (my Iphone slow charger). The receiver was drained, it took more than a hour and the microphones more than that (not drained). Make sure to turn off the devices when charging. There are charging indicators on receiver (small red dot) and the red ring light below the head of the microphone. These should turn off when fully charged. If you are connecting the charger to a computer, the USB voltage may be lower than what a charging brick puts out. That's probably why you have been waiting for hours.
