Answer: No and there are way better kits that do a better job for a little more price. I bought this and returned it the same day I got it because it does not do what the page said it does.

Put a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cord from the headset output on the GoXLR, and into the Line In port on the back of a computer. Then, use the 'Listen to this device' option in the sound settings to redirect sound from 3.5mm Line In, and output to the USB headset. Couple things to note - If you hear a buzzing or feedback, you may need to get a quality 3.5mm Ground Noise Loop isolator, and be sure to get a quality 3.5mm cable, otherwise the sound may sound a bit degraded.
