Question:	Is the speaker more directional or will it span out a little? We do travel softball and looking for a speaker to get loud and is not just directional
Answer:	I took it to the park by me where there are two basketball courts and I could hear it all the way across both basketball courts when it was only set a volume of 28. That is a pretty powerful speaker if you ask me. I then took it over by the baseball fields and turned it up to a power volume of 40 and it was able to hear it across both baseball fields. I don’t think you’ll have any problem at baseball games.

Answer:	I had to let mine charge overnight to get it fully charged. Did your system work when you unpacked it? If not, you may want to contact the seller using the return and get a refund option on Amazon and let them know that item was defective.

Answer:	I have not had any problems with my speaker. It is working like a charm. I absolutely love it. Give this a try. I also bought the warranty. Above the right on/off switch, there is a little black button that says BATT FUSE (15A). Maybe you can see if that unscrews and try to replace the fuse.
