I have not heard this cymbal, but as an addition to catsnak's Sept. 28, 2018 comments, just buy a cheap cymbal stand (craigslist, ebay, yard sale, Guitar Center, etc.) and it will already have the felts and other parts included. Never play a cymbal with metal touching metal. This cymbal should work just fine for a kid's set, until he/she shows continuing interest and grows into a real set, needing good cymbals.

Answer:	Honestly, I know nothing about drums. My son plays. I just asked him and he said it was rather high, and he hit it for me. It sounded 'medium' to me if that's a choice. I know that he asked for this addition to his drum set and he really likes it.

Answer:	this is a ride cymbal - it won;t have the faster decay of a crash -- maybe you want a crash-ride . depends on what you're looking for sound wise. so if you want to be able to get rapid distinct crash sounds you want a smaller-lighter cymbal. as cymbals get larger and heavier, they sustain and rapidly triking them will cuase them to wash and the individual hits will become blurred or obscured.
Question:	What's the best stand for this i see some people recommended the pdp 700 but it comes with a pair I need just one any recomendattion
Answer:	I gave this as gift; however, it has a medium tone and if I recall correctly it was about 1-2mm thick

Answer:	A ride cymbal is usually heavier,thicker and larger than crash cymbals. Because of this, it enables you play on (ride) the surface of the cymbal very comfortable...especially in Jazz/swing music. The crash cymbal is the opposite in description and purpose. The crash cymbals smaller, lighter and thinner size allows it to perform as a one hit (every so often while playing) to produce a "CRASH sound." The CRASH/RIDE cymbal is a Hybrid of the two cymbals; Its bigger ,heavier and thicker than a crash ...but smaller, lighter and thinner that a ride ...resulting in "the best of both worlds." However, a crash/ride cymbal is usually used by beginner's and not professionals. Crash Ride cymbals are usually 18" in diameter.

Answer:	I´ve used... but don´t recomend it. be carefull with logos, cause it will wipe them out. it´s an abrasive product.

Answer:	I bought this for my husband. He stated it cleaned them but didn’t restore the gold shine and shimmer they once had. Haven’t found a product that will do that without jeopardizing the integrity of the sound ( I suggested Brasso) by removing the coating applied specifically for that sound quality.
