Answer:	I have been using this model for five years doing transcription. It has had a glitch twice. Once it needed to be cleaned by removing the four screws in the bottom and using canned air to blow out the dust. The second time it started giving problems was today after a Windows 10 update. It's response time was paused. I had it plugged into a USB Hub. I plugged it directly into my laptop and voila, that fixed it. I was puzzled as I'd had it plugged into the hub for years, but at least that fixed it and it works like it's supposed to again.

Answer:	The Infinity USB is a 3 switches foot control. I'm using it with a software named MusicReader to play acoustic piano or keyboard. I use it to advance or turn back electronic sheet music pages (PDF) . But MusicReader doesn't recognize Infinity pedal. So I installed a free application named Pedable from NCH Software to assign functions to pedal. It can emulate the keyboard or mouse clicks to control the software running in your computer. The pedal has three "switches", so you can configure three different commands from your computer (see note from Pedable help below). In my configuration, normally I use only two of the three to control sheet music pages in MusicReader: CTRL+PgUp and CTRL+PgDn.In iTunes you can easily emulate the keyboard controls (Space Bar, CTRL+, etc) with Pedable. But remember, the pedal has only 3 switches. I expect it helps you. NOTE: Pedable is utility software that allows you to emulate key board and mouse functionality using foot pedals.
