Once you have the base (Model #D702) phone will allow it to share connection. Also, the base unit will need an analog telephone lead with service for both to work together. |

The Iron horse V2 is a Return to the classic distortion: thick, punchy, riffy and rowdy. The true bypass, high gain behemoth has been updated to help steer the Stallion or let the reins loose for full on distorted onslaught. Dial back the gain and it can be used as a thick, warm overdrive. Answer: | Most JHS pedals, including the Angry Charlie, use an internal 9v to 18v converter. I use 9v power on all my JHS pedals. I wouldn’t recommend using an 18v power supply on any JHS pedal, they are built specifically to take 9v and the concert it. You may burn your pedal if you overpower it (I assume, but don’t know). Answer: | Yes you can put a wah before it. I dug out my Cry baby and put both single coils and humbuckers into it. On setting 3 it works a little like the volume knob. You will have to use it with your setup to see if it pays nice with others. |

Answer: | I found that anything beyond single coils with gain at 11:00 the bass flubs out. I really don’t think it’s tight enough for metal. At high gain it’s more of a loose fuzz than a distortion. |

Answer: | If you have an amp that cranks most of the way, this will put if over the top. I only have the drive set to about 2 O'clock with the volume the same and when the 805 is switched out. If you play with the same basic tone already you can use this as a boost only... or a boost with adjustable drive and EQ. I used about 4-5 pedals tried and sold in my process of settling on this unit. |

Wampler Dracarys
The Dracarys has everything you love about high gain but with that contemporary depth, aggression, clarity and power. The 3 band active EQ sculpts the tone perfectly, and a gain switch gives you two different styles of distortion. Open is extremely open and free--minimal compression with maximum tone. Tight brings in a natural compression, and when on lower gain settings it can do a really good lower gain tone as well, making the Dracarys one of the most versatile modern distortion pedals today.
Volume
This controls the output level of the pedal. It works just like the volume knob on your guitar or your amp. As you raise the gain knob, and depending on how you adjust the EQ controls and switches, you may need to raise or lower the volume knob to achieve the same output level. That's perfectly normal. We suggest that initially you and where “unity” volume is (when the affected sound level is the same as the unaffected sound level) and work from there.
Open/Tight Toggle Switch
The true versatility lies in this control, when used with the active EQ stack. The open setting sounds just like that - just as it’s described, there isn’t a huge amount of compression and the guitar really opens up with rhythm playing. When switched to tight, there is more compression and the notes sing for ever in solos... Of course, these are just our findings and you may want to use it a different way... try it every way and see what works for you!
Gain
As you can probably guess, this controls the amount of dirt that is heard when the pedal is engaged. The more you turn it clockwise, the heavier and thicker the sound will become. As usual the amount of gain achieved and the style of the gain differs depending on where the switch is.
