Question:	How does this amp compare with the Mustang modeling amps in terms of clean tone and overall value? I have a pedalboard for overdrive sounds
Answer:	The Mustangs are a great value due to their wide variety of good-sounding amp models, on-board effects, and watts per dollar. Many players feel, however, that for a clean amp sound nothing beats a Fender classic tube reissue like the Deluxe. It's good with pedals too. Kind of pricey compared to the Mustangs, but for some "that sound" is where the value lies.

Answer:	It is called a twin reverb because of the twin 12 inch speakers. Not the amplifier. The Deluxe Reverb only has 1 - 12" speaker.

Answer:	For jazz, it works fine but has limited headroom. It'll do loud, but not really loud clean. If that's a problem just mic it and it's fine in the PA.

Answer:	It has two speaker outs. The primary tap is at 8 ohms. When you plug into it and the second tap, the transformer's 4 ohm tap is used. This means you can either (1) run the amp alone on the internal 8 ohm speaker, or (2) run it with the internal speaker and an external 8 ohm running at the same time (in parallel), or (3) unplug the internal speaker and use the primary output to drive an 8-ohm external speaker cabinet, or finally (4) use both taps to drive two 8-ohm external speaker cabinets. I've done them all with my 2 14 year old Hot Rod Deluxes.

Answer:	Never tried it for electric violin, but I don't see where it won't work. I've used mine with my electric guitar, acoustic-electric guitar, electric ukulele, guitars with soundhole pickups, ukulele with bridge pickup, and several microphones. It's a very versatile amp. I've seen several bands using it. Hope this helps.

Answer:	No. you will need to purchase the foot switch separately. I purchased the Boss F5-6 double foot switch and a stereo 1/4" cable. From here you can turn on and off the reverb and/or chorus.

Answer:	After some tests and comparisons the fly 3 has more gain and a little more volume while the flamma has a more blues-like tone eith less gain but it has really good effects that I'd say make up for the gain. P.S. You could probably squeeze some more gain from the flamma with a pedal or certain pickups.

Answer:	I use the Strumbuddy regularly on my Taylor 414CE. I use it playing in large rooms and cafeterias when playing guitar for kids. It’s been a great tool for me. Two things to keep in mind, 1. It has a difficult time staying on my guitar, and 2. It works much better if you have volume control on the acoustic electric. Overall, it’s a great, reasonably priced solution for battery operated amplification.

Answer:	I don’t know but when I bought mine I contacted the company and they did say they are looking at more to come beyond the first two versions. I hardly ever use my amp anymore. It is a great device but the guitar version would not sound very bassy. Shoot the an email and see if anything is in the pipeline. You would think by using woofer technology they could create a version. 😁

Answer:	Depends on the dimensions of the amp you have- You mention an amp with an 8” speaker- most likely it would cover it, but be baggy all around- again I would just double check the dimensions of your amp to make sure. You may also find a cover that would fit your amp on reverb.com
Question:	Is this cover at least a little padded or is it not padded at all, like to protect the amp from impacts
Answer:	Thick material, but no padding sewed in. Will protect amp from objects gauging the amp's covering (nice snug fit too), but not absorb much impact. I have had many amps with these Fender covers and never ripped one . . very tough. There is a company that makes a heavily padded, looser fitting one, but I can't remember the brand.
Question:	what is the inside depth measurement, will it stretch to fit
Answer:	The inside depth is 9.5". It fits over my Deluxe Reverb with a little bit of wiggle room so it's easy to take on and off, but I don't think it would accommodate an amp with a depth of 11".

Answer:	Hi there. The answer is yes. Since to guitar is using a some type of pickup system which require a battery/s the Yamaha amp will work. I have done the same thing using an electro-acoustic guitar. Remember though the degree of church and or distortion is determined by two things. This amp features three adjustable EQ controls at 100 Hz, 1 KHz, and 3 KHz. The reverb is adjustable along with the gain level for the overdrive circuit. It has two guitar level inputs, one of which has a -6dB pad for use with instruments with active electronics. A line level output allows you to send the output to a recorder or mixing board and FX Send and Return jacks allow you to use external effects processors.

Answer:	The amp has a real tube sound. I would consider a higher wattage version as a stage rig.
