Question: Do you complete one video per day or multiple videos
Answer: Hi Robyn. There are a few days throughout the 90 day program where you do 2 workouts - one of the major body parts (i.e. Legs) followed by Abs. There are about 12 days throughout the 90 when this occurs. The Abs workout isn't very long, so the time commitment is manageable on those days. Question: what kind of diets is envolved for this workout set ?How many Calories
Answer: It comes with a 15 page Nutrition booklet. It basically tells you to eat 5 times a day, Small meals... Don't go empty. He tells you what or what NOT to eat. Try to avoid Processed foods with the exception of whole grain breads and pasta. If you get hungry between meals, That's fine. Drink plenty of water. Don't eat fast, Eat on a schedule and keep a simple snack ready so you don't over eat. He tells you what you should or should not drink. Non fat milk, Coconut water, and Whey are good. But plain water is the best. Stay away from soda, even diet soda. The booklet comes with sample meals that look really good. The calories and fat vary from meal to meal. I see no meals over 800 calories. Breakfast Example: Nutty Greek Oatmeal, 703 Calories per serving, 75G carbs,13G Fiber, 38G Protein and 31G Fat. Lunch Example: Triple Stacker Turkey Sandwich, 400 calories per serving, 40G Carbs, 7G Fiber, 37G protein and 8 G Fat. Dinner Example: Fettuccini Avocado and Pork Chops, 575 calories per serving, 47.3G Carbs, 10.8G Fiber, 32.9G protein and 24.5G fat.Snacks range from Cottage cheese and Fruit to a Berry Almond Smoothie to a Cheesy Muffin. I don't follow the specific diet as I'm working with my Doctor. I mainly drink Muscle milk, lactose free protein drinks with one banana each for breakfast and lunch. I use Almond milk. I stopped all Dairy and cheese. I also stopped eating breads. I do have the occasional potato. But I don't go crazy with toppings. I eat a lot of salad and eat a lot of chicken and lean meats. My addiction was sod. I would drink 6 diet cola's a day. I stopped drinking all soda since April 1. I also stopped drinking anything caffeinated. I still needed the taste of coffee so I went to decaf so I could at least trick my taste buds. I use the RIPT90 workout in conjunction with my Bowflex Elliptical, BowFlex Dumbbells. Since April 1, I have lost 31 pounds. I hope this helps with your question. We bought a big bag of Almonds. Whenever I get the urge for sweets like chocolates, I grab a handful of almonds. It helps a lot.
Question: Do you need to have weights to do this workout. All I have is 20lb dumbells and a 20lb kettle bell also a few resistance bands
Answer: I am sorry I can't help you. I have not reviewed these DVD's as of yet. I would say, if your bands are various resistances, then you should be fine and also if you are in pretty good shape and can start out with 20's. From what I read on the site, the only thing that needs modification from weights is the pull ups, but I am hearing that this can even be modified with the bands. I myself have varying levels of weights so I can always progress with a program, but again, not 100% sure if this program lets you start with what you have and takes it from there.
Question: I don't have a pull up bar, do they show an alternative

Answer: I have never observed Insanity. TapouT XT is considered intense for many individuals. If you follow the meal plan (or one similar in marco & micronutrients), then you should experience positive results, which may include fat loss/lower percentage of body fat, increased strength with lean muscle gain, endurance, increased V02 max, and agility. Everyone responds differently, and no one can guarantee a specific result. Consulting with a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and/or medical provider can help you in your individualized plan & goals. (Personal note: I lost the 10 lbs I desired and observed many positive results after my 1st 90 day round with this program 3 years ago.) I wish you success in your fitness endeavors.
Question: How many days are in the nutrition plan
Answer: I don’t know I never used it because I figured it didn’t matter as much.
Question: how long are the workouts
Answer: They average 45 minutes, but most are longer at just under an hour. The quick abs is 20 minutes. So worth it though, and it doesnt feel like a long drawn out workout.
Question: I can only workout 5 days, weekends off. It may take longer a little longer than 90 days to finish, but will I still get close to the same results
Answer: Yes! One of the 6 days is just yoga and I wouldn't always do it. I still got great results and do did my husband and he only did it a few days a week.

Question: Is there a lot of jumping required? I’m recovering from a foot fracture and can’t jump at all. Thank you
Answer: The videos have 4 different girls doing the same workout just at different levels so you can pick which every level fits you. I like it a lot!
Question: does the dvd comes in spanish also
Answer: Whatever you need for your ability. You can also use resistance bands. I personally have hand weights/Dumbbells from 3-15lbs that I use. For the most part I use the 8 and 10 lb weights the most but it does depend on the muscle group.
Question: I am looking for something that will help me lose as well as tone, would this set work? Has anyone seen results from it
Answer: Hi Jenny. Stephanie from X-TrainFit here. The only equipment needed is dumbbells and/or resistance bands. Yoga mat is recommended but not required. There are some stability ball options shown, but one is not required. I hope this helps.
Question: This is for woman’s or for man too
Answer: I just finished the first week and not much jumping at all. For the very few parts that do include a jump type movement there is a person doing the modified version. I did insanity and it killed my knees, this wasn't hard on them at all. It is actually very low impact. A little too low for me. I think I need something between this and insanity. Thus wasn't enough to feel like a good workout for me, but insanity was too much.

Answer: We recommend a mat and two sets of dumbbells to get the most out of these workouts.

Answer: She does have a modifier that brings it down a bit, but I am an advanced exerciser and would suggest something a little less intense to start. She moves quickly from move to move and even the modified versions might be uncomfortable. I do love Hannah though...she is brash and fun. Maybe one of the Jillian Michaels videos like Ripped in 30 would be better. Hope that helps!

Answer: This program is designed to be done at home, so your small space shouldn't be a problem. There are jumping moves in some of the workouts, so you may want to be cautious of your ceiling fan, depending on how low it is.

Answer: It will work on your bluray. I have the Insanity DVD and it works on my bluray. Thinking about ordering this as well.

Question: What would the comparison of these videos to insanity
Answer: Not As focused on building muscle as Body Beast. I like the RIPT programs, but the workouts aren’t as long or as intense, from a weightlifting perspective. I think RIPT does give better core work and there feels like more overall conditioning. For example, on program called Hard Core Chest alternates chest and core exercises. So body building goes to Body Beast, more core and total body fitness goes to the RIPT programs, based on my experience.
Question: Do you need any equipment
Answer: I think it depends on your goals. RIPT90 was more cardio-core focused. FIT has a greater strength training emphasis, though you will burn calories and work your core. There’s not as much of an ab focus in FIT and I found I needed to add some of my own. I liked FIT for the strength aspect and would do that again before the original.

Question: Is this a good program to use if you arr over 60 and have knee Problems
Answer: I live in a studio loft and I don't have enough room. There are a few sequences where you will need to do a run pace back and forth and in a couple sequences you have to do back and forth ground and standing position work and you need more than 3 ft of space.
Question: Do the strength training dvds that are not "cardio" include cardio segments? or are they strictly strength training
Answer: yes it does require jumping. However, I modify by using my mini trampoline for jumping jacks and running in place. I also modify the burpees by eliminating the jumping.

Answer: Hi Katie, One on One are circuit workouts, alternating between toning and cardio workouts. We do 6 different exercises (3 cardio, 3 toning) starting with a 20 rep count and working our way down from there. It is a fast-paced workout with 5 different workouts in the set, focusing on different body parts. The workout comes with a 30 day calendar stating which workout to do which day. Answer: They are original; Ive not had any issues with my DVDs

Answer: The workouts go so fast that Tony really doesn't have the time to workout with us. His job in this series is to play the instructor, and he does it well. This is a great series. I will probably do another round soon.

There are several exercises (i.e. lunges, squats, abs, etc.) that you either don't use weights or you can choose not to use the weights, but there are exercises where weights/resistance is needed. Answer: Yes, or bands. The program is one day cardio, next day weights, and you alternate. You can mimic using weights, but then you miss out on the focus of the program.
Question: Is there any additional equipment (weights for example) that you need to purchase
Answer: Yeah I suppose you could, i would just move on to week two and follow modifier as needed.
Question: Is it appropriate for a middle aged female who is a beginner to exercise
Answer: This is a three week program. The first weeks workouts are 25 minutes, with a few minutes cool down/stretch. The second week is 35 minutes workouts and the third week 45 minutes.
Question: Do the exercises involve a lot of squats and/or lunges or other high impact exercises? I have a bad knee and cannot tolerate these types of exercises
