Answer:	The picture frame doesn't appear to be made for outdoor use but I suppose it's possible. It isn't designed to be anchored it to anything but it could be superglued to a pet Memorial. The frame is of aluminum construction so it may not succumb to rust and has a glass cover over the picture but it does not appear to be water proof and exposure to the elements would probably damage the photo. I would recommend this frame for indoor use only and my condolences on the loss of a pet, whether it is yours or someone close to you. I hope this helps.

However, there is a ribbon loop on the side of the bag that would allow you to attach it to a key ring. I'm not sure how durable it would be if the bag is hanging and weighty. If you were just attaching it to keep track of it in your purse, it should be fine.

Answer:	I'm not sure how breathable these bags are because they have a light coating that would make them waterproof. However, they have a small diamond pattern that looks like the lines that make up the pattern might have "micro size holes". If you are looking for something that is truly breathable, I would suggest look at bags that are vented. I know this information might not be a lot of help, but I bought these strictly for travel because they are very light weight.

Answer:	Second question first: It appears to be of a heavy reinforced plastic. Very durable, and not stiff. As far as how wide the zipper opening, that will be somewhat variable. I put the bike instaight, pedals and all, no problem. It is actually enough bigger than the bike to look like therer is excess, but I haven't tried to put a second bike in yet. The bag will open as wide as you need it, however that will make it somewhat shorter initially.
