Answer: | The only difference between this DVD set, (5 discs), and the larger set, (7 discs), is this "Multi-Small" one is missing the Zumba Concert disc and it also does not contain the "Santao" (chair) workout. If those 2 things don't matter to you, than the smaller set is a better buy. You still get the toning sticks, the workout guide with recipes and diet plans and all of the actual workout discs including the step by step disc for beginners. If you've never done Zumba before, it's a good idea to do the step by step first so you know what to do when using the other workout discs. I have the Multi-Small version because I didn't care about the concert video and when I purchased it, the price difference between the 2 sets was about $70.00. I am very happy with this set. I started out using the game version for the Wii player and grew tired of the game & scoring format. I also wanted to see actual human beings as instructors rather than the colorful shadows used in the game. It's also nice to not have to deal with a remote controller just to excerise. |

Answer: | Until you feel like you've mastered it or are bored with it. Boredom will kill your drive to work out and zumba is totally worth keeping up with! You will see results, promise! Ripped will def tone you and slim you down, I love that DVD. Exhilarate is kinda hard (when I started it, I was like "wth?") & will work your tush off but its fun. I can't do RUSH because I just don't like the teaching style of the girl who leads it. MIX is hard hard hard imo. There are some funky dances in it that i've never seen before. The concert is fun but essentially just Exhilarate live with a few differences/entertainment. If I were you, i'd try Ripped next (it has 2 parts) and see how far you get then add a little more each workout. I'd also intersperse Exhilarate in and do as much as you can until you can do it all. I either stopped when I thought I was going to die at first or would take 2-3 min rests when I needed to. Hope that helps!! |
