Answer: I just gave my DB machine to my cousin. I like this product better because it has more going for it. I like the upper body component. DB Method does not have that. It is strictly lower body. Also, with this machine you can intensify your workout with the resistance bands. There are no resistance features on the DB Method. I hope this helps.

Answer: Mine get used every day and I have yet to encounter a problem with them. It is a good product.

Answer: There is an attachment, actually a strong band of fabric with a loop, for the bands to go through, and the end has a thickened portion that can be placed on the other side of a door frame when the door is opened, but will not slip through when the door is closed. It acts like an anchor.
Question: How long are they?? We have an old Gold's Gym Home Trainer that uses bands that are 60" long. Over the years they have lost some of their resistance
Answer: The band itself is 40" long, then on each end there is a strong fabric connector with a d-link clasp which is 5 1/2". That attaches to the handle, another 6 1/2" From end of handle to end of handle, you're looking at 64" total.

Question: Can you actually see/feel results with this product
Answer: Yes, but it is not going to be the same as going to a gym using heavy dumbbells, barbells, and machines, but it is a great replacement when you have no way to access a gym (like during the Covid-19 shutdown.) It will take a while to get creative with how to use the bands, and if you are pretty strong you will have to use multiple bands, but it is still a great option. I like to focus on both the concentric and eccentric movements, as well as holding the pull to tighten the muscle. If done right, you will get a good workout with results.
Question: How do you use the door attachment
Answer: Put the resistance band through the loop on the door attachment. Put the hard plastic part of the door attachment over the top of the door, shut the door. Slowly pull the band to bring the door anchor up tight against the door. Lock the door so someone doesn't open the door while you have the band stretched which will cause the door anchor to fly at you leaving a bruise. Had it happen to me.

Answer: how strong is the woman. I started out small, but rapidly increased since I have been pulling weights for a few years. Someone new would start out at the lowest weight and then add bands gradually as they felt the need
