Answer: | I find this program fun but I have done all P90X programs, T25 and to be honest while this is fun I found I loss muscle tone. I am not sure why maybe it's the diet and compared to the other programs for me this may have not worked with my body. I did enjoy it but I need to tone back up. I think it's great workout for a change but for some reason I lost muscle tone in my body. |

Answer: | are you currently doing a program? how active are you? Piyo isn't like any other program. If your used to crazy cardio, running. this isn't that. if your used to yoga, this isn't that. If your used to lifting weights at the gym....this isn't that. Even bodyweight exercises like insanity don't provide what Piyo does. Thats whats so great about piyo. I have been taking piyo live classes for about a year. I became a certified instructor a few months ago because I love this format. Its great for beginners because its low impact and really takes you through the moves and modifications and has great progression. If you are more active, this may seem slow the first few weeks. (20 minute workouts) the reason for this, is because most people don't have the wrist and joint strength to be in these positions for longer... You still get a great workout, work on flexibility, range of motion, strengthens you from the inside out so you REALLY have to give it the full 60 days before you can see any outside transformation. This is a TOTAL BODY wellness program. If you are looking for increased wrist strength, upper body strength with defined sexy shoulders and arms, without having to go to gym and lift heavy, this is a great addition to your regimen. Answer: | If you want to gain muscle, I would suggest doing more of a weight lifting program like P90X. In the Insanity program, you do not use any weights, but will use your own body weight. you will likely increase your cardiovascular strength but the program does not use any weights, so you will not bulk up muscle at all. Answer: | Hi April, I think they are different. I have tried P90x and I didn't care for it. I had the bands to work with however were other equipment I didn't have that really made it hard to do the whole DVD. I wouldn't say one is better than the other I would just say which one is right for you. I really need to build up my cardio and that is what Insanity is doing for me. I also feel like insanity goes faster. I am already tired after the warm up but the DVD seems to go by faster. With P90X it seemed to drag but that could just be me. I haven't done P90x in almost 2 years. |

Answer: | I purchased mine to calibrate my monitors. Very happy with the results. It will also address projectors. X-Rite i1 Display is a pretty sophisticated device. Look into SpyderX calibrator products. They had sales from time to time. The information on my X-Rite i1 Display says it calibrates monitors and projectors. Again, I use mine mainly for my monitors. Answer: | I have a Windows 10 Surface Book 2 with the most recent Windows 10 release, version 2004 (April '20 release) and I'm an expert computer user/developer. UNFORTUNATELY, when I installed the software for the i1Display Pro Plus, it bluescreened my machine towards what appeared to be the end of the installation with the STOP reason of Page Fault in NONPAGED area for their driver called HARDLOCK.SYS. This is used for some sort of dongle/copy protection, and it is apparently very buggy. I also see others commenting on Windows bugs (how did anyone get this work on Windows 10 2004)? Thereafter, my machine would bluescreen, reboot, display the lock screen graphic, then immeidately bluescreen, reboot, until Windows finally asks if you want to use Advanced options. I had to reboot in Safe mode, go into the registry, find the driver entry for HARDLOCK.SYS and change the path so that it would not load. Then, rebooting back in to Windows 10 non safe (normal mode), it works. Then, in trying to get support, it asks for the serial number, which I can't get as its not printed on the device anywhere. Apparently it's read by the software, but as noted, the software down in the IP protection/driver world of this product has a HORRIBLE bug that turns your computer into a brick (unless you are an expert and can fix it as I did) and makes it so that you can't even get the serial number! As mentioned, I see others here also reporting that X-Rite is producing buggy Windows implementation. X=RITE, IT"S TIME TO FIX THE WINDOWS BUGS IN THESE PRODUCTS! We're not all MAC users. Careful buying this if you run on Windows. At least there is a good return policy on Amazon. I will work with X-RIte support to see if I can get this fixed. If so, I'll come back and update this, but what a horrible initial experience *I* had with the software for this product. |

Answer: | I would not consider it so, there are 29g carbohydrates I believe and 2g of sugar, considerably lower than a stack of pancakes, but for true keto I’d say no. These are great for if you are adding large protein amounts and want those carbs for the energy. |

Answer: | I guess the best time to eat them is when your hungry, they are a large bar 31 grams of protein, 400 calories, lots of vitamins, 140 mg of potassium, 380 mg of sodium. I don't use them to supplement a meal on a regular basis. I carry one on a day hike or several on a backpacking trip. I often eat one as a lunch while on a day hike instead of carrying a sandwich etc. I use the crispy apple pie and find them to be very good. I often carry several with me on a backpacking or canoe trip just in case the trip takes longer than I expected. The bars are not heavy and easy to carry. |

Answer: | Dont do this everyday. Give your muscle time to recover and rested. Do it 3x a week with interval of 1 workout every 2 days. Example; monday, wednesday and friday |

I don't recall a lot of kickboxing but there was a smattering of boxing/martial arts style moves. Plank style moves. Burpees....can't say. Keep in mind that this is set to electronic music and although the sequencing is far from dance, it is not exactly drop-and-give-me-15 either. |

Answer: | Hi Thelma - the first workout (Mark, Move & Groove which is teaching the basics) is maybe 15 minutes long; the second (Disco Groove) is 35 minutes; the third (Party Express) is approximately 35 minutes while Shaun T's Dance Party is 45 minutes. I'm just now learning the choreography of Dance Party. They are all very challenging at first but just a lot of fun. There are 3 extra workouts: Rock it out is 45 minutes; Hard Core Abs is 10 minutes - what a workout that is! Booty time is approximately 30 minutes and this is the workout I've not seen yet. All really do get your body working and heart rate elevated for a very good aerobic workout as well as geared to strengthening the core. I chose to also purchase a week later Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs so I could learn the secret to his Tilt, Tuck and Tighten technique. Audio is not so good on the first CD but the second CD is much better and focuses on the abs. I'm liking this for the abs and obliques - strengthening the core. The third CD focuses on the buns and thighs - not tried that one out yet. At 66 I never dreamed I'd have so much fun working out alone in my living room. Loving it and hope I can build, strengthen and continue this activity for quite some time to come.Hope I've answered your question but then I think I've given you extra. If you make this purchase I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. The best workout! Answer: | Yes, it really works! As a 52 year old woman, I started this workout 3 months ago, and have really toned up and lost weight. (but I am also watching what I eat!) This is not an easy workout if you are a beginner, but if you modify, go slowly and build up to the full intensity, it really does work! Shaun makes it fun to do every day! It is not hard to learn the routines, doesn't go too fast (unlike the hip-hop ab video) and there is enough variety between the "rock it out" and "shaun's dance party" to work all parts of your body. I was skeptical about it at first, bought it on a whim, and now I am so glad I did. |

Answer: | In all honesty, Gamma cardio is fairly intense. It is only 25 minutes, but is is action packed, non stop movement entire time (sometimes difficult to catch your breath). That is not to say that over the month you are doing Gamma you cannot build up the endurance each week to master the cardio workouts. If you are in decent shape overall it can be done. The strength portion (work out with weights) is good & again as each week goes by, the stronger you should get. If you have not worked out in a year, you might want to try something a little less interns to start like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. This DVD has three levels, 20 minute work outs. Each level gets progressively challenging, but no where bear as intense or difficult as T25. OR, you should think about doing T25 Alpha & Beta before Gamma. Think 30 Day Shred is great one for those looking to ease back into workouts, but still want results. Hope this helps. Good Luck! |
