Answer: Check with your doctor first; if approved, take lessons slowly and do not exercise to the point of pain. I stayed on day one/week one for 2 weeks and I have not had hip or knee replacement. This course has improved my strength, flexibility and overall health & wellbeing.

Answer: Dont do this everyday. Give your muscle time to recover and rested. Do it 3x a week with interval of 1 workout every 2 days. Example; monday, wednesday and friday

Answer: I only watched it once (and did my own modifications during much of it)...and then gave it away. I don't recall a lot of kickboxing but there was a smattering of boxing/martial arts style moves. Plank style moves. Burpees....can't say. Keep in mind that this is set to electronic music and although the sequencing is far from dance, it is not exactly drop-and-give-me-15 either.

Question: Base kit vs t25 vs max30 - which one would be best for a busy college student looking to lose weight fast
Answer: T 25 is hard but, it is do able. I sometimes felt I wasn't getting enough out of t25 only because it was 25 min. Max 30 is difficult all around but they have a modifier. Actually both have a modifier. T25 I would consider for beginners and max 30 is more for intermediate and advanced. It is up to you based on what type of work you want. I have tried both I like max 30 because I saw results faster and he made it fun. T25 i saw results but not as fast. If your new to working out t25 so you can build up to max 30. If you have been working out I would go for max 30.
Question: Hopefully i can get answer ASAP but im not a person that works our and isnt all too fit. I want to know if this program is for me
Answer: This workout is perfect for you I did insanity about five years ago I was 250 pounds and had never worked out once in my life following the workout plan and eating a healthy diet I managed to drop 50 pounds within six months so any exercise is good for you you may not be able to max out in the beginning but I guarantee you with commitment you well at the end good luck
Question: If the point of this intense program is to Max out... what happens when I get exhausted 5 minutes into it and max out? What then? Stop for that day
Answer: No. You stop, get some water, catch your breath and come back to it. Even if u have to stop every 5 min, the point is eventually U will make it to 10 and then 15 and so on...hope this helps.
Question: What is the difference between the Insanity Max 30 and T
Answer: Insanity Max is t25 times 100. T25 is intense but no where near as intense as Insanity Max 30. The goal of t25 is to nail the entire workout where insanity max is to "max" out early on and then continue to workout. The goal at the end is to make it through the entire workout without maxing out. If you are a newcomer to Shaun T or to fitness, I would recommend T25 or regular insanity before venturing to insanity max. I did t25 after I gave birth and lost 26 lbs on it. Now I'm on to insanity max after finishing all levels of t25 and doing insanity. Good luck!

Answer: I think that you can do it. Gamma focus on strength than base kit. If you have a mat and dumbbell, base kit is not suitable.

Answer: A workout/yoga mat is pretty much optional, but you'll need bands or light weights eventually during the program.

Answer: In all honesty, Gamma cardio is fairly intense. It is only 25 minutes, but is is action packed, non stop movement entire time (sometimes difficult to catch your breath). That is not to say that over the month you are doing Gamma you cannot build up the endurance each week to master the cardio workouts. If you are in decent shape overall it can be done. The strength portion (work out with weights) is good & again as each week goes by, the stronger you should get. If you have not worked out in a year, you might want to try something a little less interns to start like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. This DVD has three levels, 20 minute work outs. Each level gets progressively challenging, but no where bear as intense or difficult as T25. OR, you should think about doing T25 Alpha & Beta before Gamma. Think 30 Day Shred is great one for those looking to ease back into workouts, but still want results. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Answer: I would not consider it so, there are 29g carbohydrates I believe and 2g of sugar, considerably lower than a stack of pancakes, but for true keto I’d say no. These are great for if you are adding large protein amounts and want those carbs for the energy.
Question: Will this teach me martial arts? Beyond basic or basic moves
Answer: I guess the best time to eat them is when your hungry, they are a large bar 31 grams of protein, 400 calories, lots of vitamins, 140 mg of potassium, 380 mg of sodium. I don't use them to supplement a meal on a regular basis. I carry one on a day hike or several on a backpacking trip. I often eat one as a lunch while on a day hike instead of carrying a sandwich etc. I use the crispy apple pie and find them to be very good. I often carry several with me on a backpacking or canoe trip just in case the trip takes longer than I expected. The bars are not heavy and easy to carry.

Answer: G10 polymer. A good description can be found here: http://www.polymerplastics.com/composite_g10.shtml. However, read Hogue's website on these grips as they make the G10 differently. I believe they actually have a patent on their manufacturing process.
