Answer: There is both standing and sitting excercises.
Question: Do you have to have any special equipment for this workout
Answer: Just 1-2 lb weights and a chair, love this workout!
Question: Do you need equipment to do the exercises with this DVD
Answer: I use a chair for stability, a yoga mat for comfort for the small amount of floor work, and light weights. You don't really have to have any of that though. I've used canned food or water bottles in place of weights in a pinch.
