Answer:	Ignore the seller, this is not a MADETEC humidifier. While it's definitely good at its job, this is something they dropship from a Chinese company, likely on alibaba (I have the exact same one I was gifted for christmas off of aliexpress). They just simply don't stock the filter and would rather you buy a second humidifier from them. Another user noted that 7*135 mm "filters" (wicks) should fit this unit, and my measurements show ~7 mms thick to ~12-13 mms long, so you should be able to easily trim the bottom off if they do not fit in naturally. A quick search of Amazon for "7 135 humidifier stick filter" should pull a few results. Most of the ones I checked were under $1 a filter per a ten pack. Question:	I think I added too much essential oil and it's blocked up. What can I do to solve it
Answer:	What I did was unplugged it. I got a cotton swab, dipped it in alcohol, then cleaned the top piece where it comes out while gently pressing down. I did the same thing inside. Wait a few minutes, then try it. Mines are working great now. Only put no more than 5 drops of oil in a full tank of water. Good luck
Question:	How can I turn its light off
Answer:	There are three modes to the power button. Once you have turned on the diffuser with the first tap, you will get the constant mist with lights on. Another tap will change that to intervals with lights on. Tap again after that, you will have the lights off. Hope this helps you.
Question:	How do i know if it’s done charging? Cannot find any indicator
Answer:	There's a light when it's charging
Question:	Where do you put the essential oils In? With the water
Answer:	You put it in the water. But don't use much if any at all. In the directions it says not to use essential oils too much. I only use 1-2 drops max.
