I'm trying avoid sending you a direct link but hopefully the clues are good enough. Maybe someone will sell the upgrade on amazon eventually.

Answer:	Hey Ryan,The 13-week calendar for the basic workout is available along with the advanced calendar as well. There is no 6 week calendar. However, both calendars are FRONT and BACK. The 1st 6 weeks is on the front. The last 7 weeks is on the back.The Advanced calendar includes everything that's on the basic calendar as well as the Qi Gong exercises. Advanced Week 13 also includes the Tai Chi Fast, Moderate and Slow DVD which is slightly different from the regular program.There is no reason NOT to start with the Advanced Calendar. The Qi Gong isn't difficult and it probably should be done along side the other workouts anyway. The Week 13 Tai Chi is a welcome change of pace as it puts everything together very smoothly.Hope that helps. Anything else you'd like to know, just ask! :)

There are some ridiculous premises--such as Charlene's being involved with a possible escaped criminal and Suzanne being worried that her maid cast a voodoo spell over her.
