Answer:	Is it possible that you may have accidentally ordered the SMA (with the male pin) version instead of the RP SMA (female center), which is what it sounds like your motherboard requires? Once we sold out of the RP SMA, Amazon left only the SMA version as an option. As a result, many people purchased the SMA version mistakenly. We have since delisted the SMA version, as it is not as common and we wish to prevent people from making the same mistake in the future. I’m sorry this was your experience, and I hope we can make it better for you! Please return the SMA version and purchase the RP SMA version. I’m confident you’ll love the antenna when you get correct version!
Question:	What is the noise level in mv of this power station if you take a measurement using an emi meter
Answer:	This is an omnidirectional antenna only. You would need the signal repeater that boosts and repeats the signal into your home. I used the Wilson electronics 460101 which comes with a directional antenna that didn't suit my needs.
Question:	Can you provide this with 220v Plug type E or F
Answer:	You will need a signal booster to make this work. This is just an outdoor antenna. I would look at the SureCall Fusion2Go-RV Kit. It comes with the antennas and everything you would need to get better reception in areas with poor signal. It won't make signal out of no signal, but it will give you a stronger signal where there is a very weak signal.
