Answer:	This wheelchair weighs 23 lbs. I can easily lift it into the trunk of my car, even though I am petite. It folds down very compact. The other advantage is that the back wheels are larger than the standard wheelchair and this makes it easier to go over thresholds and ramps. Another feature is that it has two braking systems. It has brakes at the handlebars and also, manual brakes at the wheels. This makes it so that the person in the chair can put on the brakes themselves if they want. Not all wheelchairs have dual brakes like this. I bought a 3" wheelchair seat cushion for the chair that makes it more comfortable for the user. Answer:	Yes, it fits through standard doorways. This model is very compact, since it is a transport chair, not a true wheelchair.
Question:	Can chair be used on grass like in a park
Answer:	Depending upon the weight of the passenger and the evenness and firmness of the ground, it would be possible. The ground should be firm and not bumpy, and the passenger under 140 lbs. The wheels are about 8 inches around, so are not suited to rough terrain. Having said this, I have purchased a second wheel chair with full size rear wheels for such outings. This wheel chair cost about $140 and weighs about 45 lbs. While it folds flat, it certainly doesn't fold as nicely as the little Drive chair does.
Question:	Are the wheels really "solid" as stated in the description or are they composite? Last transport chair composite wheels disinegrated

The reason PVC is used on many Transport Wheelchairs is because they allow the chair to remain lightweight and require minimal maintenance. Like many products which have wheels (cars, scooters, roller blades) they do require the wheels to be changed based on normal wear and tear which depends on how often the chair is used.

Answer:	The breaks are on the back wheels. So if they could reach back and grab the wheels they would be able to put the break on.
Question:	Will it fit through a 24" bathroom door
Answer:	Yes if you remove one of the armrests. With the armrests the width of the chair is 24 and 1/4 inch. They are padded so you might be able to squeeze in. The rest of the chair in 21-22" wide.
Question:	How long are armrests
Answer:	The padded portion is 10.5 inches, but they are "desk arm" style made to fit under a table or desk so the user can slide in a little closer. The total length of both the padded portion and the stepped down portion is 17."

Answer:	I had some bolts missing and called the customer service number in the manual. They shipped them right away.
Question:	What is the weight of the wheelchair? Shipping weight is 23.6 pounds so I am guessing it's about 5 pounds less
Answer:	I am not sure of the weight. I don't believe it was over 15 lbs. Just one thing it works well on concert, smooth surfaces and pavement but not good in grass or thick carpet.It would work on carpet but it took much more effort. I hope this helps

Answer:	Not sure of the question, if asking if it is aluminum frame, I would have to say yes, very nice chair to transport my 98 year Mother in Law in. Easy to collapse and put in trunk of car or back of SUV.
