Answer:	Can't remember what was on the box, but we figured since it had to be assembled a bit and the battery had to be charged, we would do that all the day before giving it to our grandson. I decided to make a game out of finding it and arranged clues all over the house eg: go to your room to find the next clue, etc. and I had someone else put it in a room with a sheet over it and the last clue directed him to that room. Turned out perfect as he was able to get on the Scooter and ride it immediately. Have fun, and make sure he/she has that helmet on.

Answer:	From the back of the front tire to the front of the front tire the bike is 4'. The seat is 21" off the ground. My son is 8 years old and rides it comfortably. Answer:	Yes, the charger comes with it. Charging is very easy. There is a plug on the side of the scooter. Simply plug one end of the provided power cord in the scooter and plug the other end in the wall. Answer:	I purchased new and purchased extra coverage plan. It is good quality and runs great. We've only had it since December and have had like the chain and something else happen to it. But when you call the coverage plan they are really helpful and knowledgeable about the product to where its up and running in no time. They will mail you parts, etc if needed. My mother owns a farm you know how that can be pot holes, tree roots, etc but Razor does well.

Answer:	The GRIPSTIC is designed to seal bags air tight. If you wish to remove air prior to sealing, simply stop the GRIPSTIC 1/2 way across the bag, squeeze the air out and finish sliding the GRIPSTIC across the bag.

Answer:	when you squeeze the handle， the width could be controlled.But its max width is almost 5 inches.
Question:	what size tire Will I need for replacement
Answer:	It pulls apart to fold. Locks in the extended position. I've pulled oranges off a tree. I've picked up wrappers and cigarette butts with ease. It locks in place easily.
Question:	Can someone over 150 ride safely
Answer:	Interesting you asked. I had a Christmas light bulb drop and break in a carpeted closet the other day. I grabbed the grabber and started picking up the slivers of glass with it. There were just too many so I finished the task with the vacuum. If your pill was on carpet it might be “iffy” to grab, if on tile floor you could probably grab it with no problem. The fingers here are coated in soft rubber and that is a plus for “Grabbability”.

Answer:	I can answer for california obly but the laws here say. you must be 16 yrs old, you do NOT need a drivers license to drive it on the road, it require a one time license registration fee of $18 to use on the road. so check your dept of Motor vehicles for your state's laws or stick to the sidewalks, although some states do not allow motorized anything on sidewalks.
Question:	Would you recommend the Razor pocket mod in black for a boy
Answer:	I don't think I would recommend it for a boy. They are a bit girly even in black. All though I weigh 220# it was fun to ride around the drive way. They do have other Razor's dirt bike style.
Question:	My son is about 5 ft 6 in. is this scooter big enough for him
Answer:	No - it is pretty small. My 10 year old is under 5 feet and it works for him. 5 feet 6 would be tough.

Answer:	Unless the listing specifically stated that it was a used or refurbished unit, you should demand a replacement with a new unit or full refund.
Question:	What happens one battery goes down and you're away from a plug? Do you lose all pressure and cushion deflates leaving you sitting on hard surface
Answer:	Yes, if the battery pack runs down the pump will shut off causing the cushion to deflate. However, it does not deflate immediately. It takes a few minutes to deflate completely. I would recommend trying to obtain a spare battery pack to swap out if you are not going to be able to charge it.
Question:	The chair i want to use this on is 21” wide 22” deep. what size do i order? it is not a wheel chair. one is a recliner and the other is living room
Answer:	I believe there are a few different sizes listed for this pad. I bought this cushion for my dad for his recliner but to me it seemed like it was really intended for a wheelchair. It worked on the recliner but he wasnt comfortable on it. But everyone is different
