Question:	What is the total width ? We have a 20" door to get through
Answer:	My medline Freedom ultralight is 21 1/2 inches wide, with wires sticking out further that have to be squished in . It definitely wouldn't work with a 20" door. It could work with 22 or 23 inch door, if you push the wires in as you go through.

Answer:	You might be able to attach one if it would go on a bicycle handlebar but it might interfere with folding it up. Beware the wheel fell off after 6 months on ours.

Answer:	6 in wheels. I did have one brake that went out on me. Would cost $70 to repair just the one. My children bought this for me. I found out that medicare will pay for one every 6 years. I got a doctors prescription and was able to get a DRIVE rollator. I like the bag under the seat better . This one had heavy duty snaps while the Meline had grippers that kept come undone. Finally had to put safety pins on to hold them. Check with your dr if you qualify. I am 83 woman and didn't know about it. If you want a light weight one keep the wheels under 8 inches. I am in a retirement home so no need of a heavy duty one.

Answer:	I don't do a lot of walking on concrete due to pain in my feet, but for short distances, this rollator works moderately well and doesn't get hung-up on sidewalk cracks. I bought this rollator because I needed something really light to put into, and take out, of my van - for Dr appts, shopping, visiting, etc. and for this, this rollator is great! However, I have a second rollator with 8" wheels, that has a much smoother ride to it, on any and every surface. If going for walks on concrete sidewalks, i'd suggest a rollator with 8" wheels.

Answer:	The wheels are plastic but very durable. Dad walks 1/2 to 1 full mile daily with it. The larger wheels make it easier to use on grass and other terrain. The walker is well balanced and stable. We don’t consider it to be top heavy. It is height adjustable, my dad is 89 years of age and 6 foot with balance issues and we have it fully extended. He enjoys the seat, cup holder and storage compartment. It’s easy to fold by just lifting the seat. My 87 year old mother easily puts it in and out of the car for him. The company is reliable too. We had an issue and they quickly sent a replacement. Brakes are also easily adjusted. I feel it’s a great product and a good company to do business with. Good value.

Question:	the walker is too short for my husband who is almost 6' his PT said it needs to have higher hand holds...am I missing a way to extend those hand holds
Answer:	A foam covered rigid bar. Side note: this thing works great for my 390lb 83 year old father.

Answer:	I bought the Classic Accessories 62-002-011001-00 Zippidy Deluxe Walker Organizer which fits over the curved bar. My wife loved it as there are alot of pockets to hold things. Also does not need to be removed when folding walker.
Question:	Would my user be able to use the seat to move a dish of food on
Answer:	as with any other braking system I have seen on a rollator - it is not perfect. It does keep the wheels from turning but if you would sit back on it "hard" it would move just like any chair would on a smooth surface. I had to adjust one of the brakes when I got mine - it was hitting the wheel when not engaged but I'm sure that wouldn't be the case each time. Depending on your experiences you might have had to have someone adjust that for you but I'm a farm girl so I was able to do it myself.

Answer:	When I contacted Home Health SuperStore because the walker I received was not that displayed on either the amazon or Medline websites, Helen, the store's superb customer service representative, handled the matter effectively and efficiently and with uncommon concern for my satisfaction. She immediately researched the issue, called back when she said she would, and offered options. She contacted Medline and learned that, despite amazon reviewers' complaints about receiving walkers with three-spoked wheels dating from 2012, Medline had simply not bothered to update product photos on either site. Because of Helen's outstanding service, I'll buy products from Home Health SuperStore, but they won't be Medline products.

Answer:	The handle bars are adjustable height, so it really depends on where you set them so that they are comfortable for you.

Answer:	My mom used to be 5'3" but with age she has shrunken to about 5'0' or less. She uses this walker with no problem, and the handles are not even on the lowest setting.

Answer:	I suggest a wrench that is adjustable.
Question:	How many spokes in the wheels of this walker? Some pix show 3 others 6 or more
Answer:	It has three spokes with each 6" wheel (4).
Question:	are the bars on the legs 1" or are they larger? I need to be able to attach an oxygen holder to a 1" frame at the bottom of the legs
Answer:	I do not use the legs to support the oxygen unit...sits beside me on the seat.
Question:	How an you measure to be sure this adjusts high enough? My husband is six foot three and I worry it may be too short
Answer:	It is adjustable but the seat would be low for him but them sure have one to fixt. If you can get one that the legs adjust it would be the best.
