I measured the lowest setting for this model and one would have to grasp the handles with the palm of one's hand at 31". The best advice I can give you is to measure from the floor to the person's palms. If the distance is 31" or more is should work. If you order it and it doesn't work Amazon will take it back. We had a problem with the wheels and they exchanged it with no hassle. Hope this is helpful. |

| Answer: | My medline Freedom ultralight is 21 1/2 inches wide, with wires sticking out further that have to be squished in . It definitely wouldn't work with a 20" door. It could work with 22 or 23 inch door, if you push the wires in as you go through. |

I got a doctors prescription and was able to get a DRIVE rollator. I like the bag under the seat better . This one had heavy duty snaps while the Meline had grippers that kept come undone. Finally had to put safety pins on to hold them. Check with your dr if you qualify. I am 83 woman and didn't know about it. If you want a light weight one keep the wheels under 8 inches. I am in a retirement home so no need of a heavy duty one. |

| Answer: | I don't do a lot of walking on concrete due to pain in my feet, but for short distances, this rollator works moderately well and doesn't get hung-up on sidewalk cracks. I bought this rollator because I needed something really light to put into, and take out, of my van - for Dr appts, shopping, visiting, etc. and for this, this rollator is great! However, I have a second rollator with 8" wheels, that has a much smoother ride to it, on any and every surface. If going for walks on concrete sidewalks, i'd suggest a rollator with 8" wheels. |
