Answer:	Yes, the Drive Medical Nitro comes fully assembled - just pull it out of the box and it's ready to go!! It is very well made and very sturdy - excellent quality. The large front wheels are excellent for navigating over bumps in the sidewalk or indoor thresholds. It comes in three sizes and you should select the height that works best for you as the seat is not adjustable. I mention this as my mother is quite short and the seat height on the Medium size rollator was too high and not as comfortable so we returned it for the shorter version which was a perfect fit for her. The handles are adjustable though. The bag, which is included, is very handy and large enough to stow a purse and other items. You may want to find a clip-on attachment if you want some sort of cup holder. We would always get compliments and interest in the Drive Medical Nitro Rollator on outings - we were very impressed with the quality and function it as well as others who saw it. It also supports up to 300 pounds where other rollators support up to 200 - 250 pounds, which I thought was another indication of durability and quality. Answer:	Handle to Handle is 19 3/4", not including the width of the wheels (5" wheels). I purchased the 3" wheels to go through narrow bathroom doorway. If you put on 3" wheels the walker would be 21 1/4" measurement on the bottom (walker is wider on bottom). If you keep the 5" wheels and flip them to the inside the walker would be approximately 21 1/4" on the bottom side.

Answer:	YES, it's definitely possible to add back wheels. I've had multiple sclerosis for 21 years and have ALWAYS used 4-wheeled walkers. Just buy an additional set of 5" wheels and snap them in just as you do with the front wheels.

Answer:	The "regular" is listed by the manufacturer as weighing 17.5 lbs, while the DLX is listed at 22 lbs. The mfg lists the regular as being made of aluminum, but is silent on the composition of the DLX. (something heavier than aluminum?) The seats are different.

Answer:	I bought mine before I turned 65 so I don't really know. Having dealt with DME and medicare for my Mom, I don't believe they've covered any of her different walkers. But better check with Medicare to be sure. DME also has to be bought from certain vendors in specific locations. Safer to just get online and send them a question!
