Answer:	Yes. It just took me a while to figure out the half flush and full flush programming. I’ve had it for over a year and a half now. Works great

Answer:	The cable is 22" long which is plenty for most installations. If more length is required, it is a standard 4 wire cable that can be spliced and extended up to 6 feet with no problems.

Answer:	The FlushMinder is programmable for the half and full flush amounts as shown in the instructions, but there is no "delayed flush" feature. The half or full flush cycle simply starts right after the sensor no longer detects the presence of a person or cat. Note that the new FlushMinder II motor is very quiet, so is barely noticeable compared to the water noise of the flush.

Answer:	The range of "yes" and "no" answers is puzzling. Assembling consists of inserting the legs into the frame and bolting them on, using knobs, so it is easy to remove the legs. The next "step" is to open the sides and insert four "pins" to hold the sides in place. "Folding for easy portability" is accomplished by removing the four pins and folding the sides onto the back. The hard part would be not losing those pins, which are not essential, but should be used. So "YES", it does fold for portability, easy or otherwise.

Answer:	I didn't actually buy it to fit over a toilet, I bought is to have in the car when we went off-roading with my 93 year old mother. Not only did it make it easier for her, but it also made it easier for me (I'm age 66 with prosthetic hips).
