Answer:	The outside may get warm to the touch but not hot, the water does stay hot on the inside and this one does not have double walls. The CU-30 and the CU-50 would have the double walls. I hope this helps! Thank you
Question:	Would this work for Mulled Wine or does it get too hot
Answer:	This unit is a coffee urn so it does perk at 200+ degrees. Once the coffee is perked the unit will go into a keep warm mode. The keep warm temperature setting is approximately 185 degrees. If you decide to use this to make mulled wine I would suggest filling the unit with water and setting it to perk. While the unit is perking the water I would make and warm the mulled wine on the stove. Once the coffee urn has gone into the warm setting, I would drain the water out and put your warm mulled wine into the coffee urn to keep warm until serving time.

Answer:	The NESCO® Coffee Urn is constructed of a 201 stainless steel body. Its hefty capacity can hold up to 25-5.7 oz cups. Approximate brewing time is one cup per minute. With locking lid and stay-cool handles to help prevent mishaps.
Question:	can I use this for hot chocolate
Answer:	We did! I put the milk in to the max line and then the chocolate mix; stirred it well and then turned it on. It was a little confusing turning it on and whether or not it was actually heating up. The light didn't stay on when I turned it on either which was part of the confusion. Also, we probably left it on too long and the milk scalded on the bottom so I would say just monitor it and don't leave it on longer than 2-3 hours. Hope that helps.

Question:	How is this filled with water? Sorry, I am unable to see images, this is why I ask
Answer:	This is a percolator system, so there is no coffee filter. A removable stainless steel rod sends hot water from the lower part of the urn to the top, and then it "filters" through a stainless steel coffee basket which has a lid. The coffee/water rod would put a hole through a filter. The coffee basket lid, and using a coarse grind of coffee, helps to keep any grounds from landing in the water/coffee being brewed below.

Magically it becomes coffee. Once that miracle happens I put a cup underneath and push the handle. To my surprise and delight actual coffee comes out. Question:	Does anyone have a problem with the temperature? It is lukewarm at best
Answer:	I just used ours for the first time for hot chocolate and the milk got scalded at the bottom reservoir, which ruined the taste. It took quite a bit of scrubbing with steel wool to get it clean. Next time I'll just heat the water with it and offer packets of cocoa mix for my guests.
Question:	How many oz's water does it hold
Answer:	There are white deposits at the reservoir along with the hardened coffee deposits. I do use a non metallic scrubber to get it clean every three months because it is used daily. It stays pretty clean from there for a while. It's a great pot and have been using it without trouble for almost three years now. I also let it soak for a few hours in dishwasher detergent (Cascade) and give it a mild scrub also. Keeps it clean also. Good luck with a great pot.

Answer:	Change your settings. There are some 4K TV HDMI function factory settings that do not have all the features of the HDMI 2.0 version. You need to enable all HDMI 2.0 features in your TV settings by yourselves, such brand as TCL, Sony, Sharp, etc. These TV could have all the features of HDMI 2.0 after enabled in setting and also could watch 4K 60hz (HDR10, Dolby Vision, HDCP2.2). The HDCP 2.2 is not defaulted, be sure to go into settings and change it, please refer to the first Top rated review. Sony and sharp TV, find and switch to "Enhanced HDMI" in the TV settings menu. Instructions:

Never make less than the minimum or more than the maximum amount of coffee for your coffee urn.

Do not use soft water, as flooding of the basket may occur.

Use regular electric perk grind coffee or coffee ground for all coffeemakers for best results. Do not use drip or finely ground coffee as flooding of the coffee basket can occur. If grinding your own coffee beans, grind to medium coarseness for best results. Do not grind coffee too finely, powder-like, as this can cause the coffee basket to flood.

Do not use paper filters in your basket. If you find that grounds are falling through, wet the basket before adding coffee grounds.

Remove coffee basket with grounds as soon as the brewing cycle is completed. This also helps maintain the coffee flavor. Use the coffee maker cover as a carrying tray when disposing of wet grounds.

If dripping occurs between the faucet and the coffeemaker body, tighten the nut inside the coffeemaker. If the dripping occurs from the faucet spout, tighten the faucet cap. Do not over tighten. Liquid must always cover the inside bottom of the appliance at all times. Falling below the minimum level could cause overheating and damage to internal components and will void the warranty.

A small amount of smoke or odor may occur upon heating due to the release of manufacturing oils – this is normal.

Some minor expansion or contraction sounds may occur during heating and cooling – this is normal.

Do not allow ground coffee to fall into the stem.

Answer:	It's actually a good question as they don't supply any assembly instructions. What I did was to remove the nut on the end of the spiggot. then plan one rubber washer each side of the glass opening, and then screw and tighten the nut, using the spanner provided, with the nut inside the container. Although I have large hands, I was able to use my hand to tighten up the nut. Once the nut is tightened it does provide a good watertight seal. Hope that helps..
