Pls connect the controller to the console with usb cable, then take the cable off, then press the PS button, all lights will blink, when the light keep stable, it means they connect by bluetooth. 3.If failed, pls reset the controller. Use a pin to press the reset button, it is a small hole on the back of controller. Then, pls connect them with the cable again. 4.Please delete all the bluetooth connection record in the PlayStation4, then try to connect them again.

Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by a "null state" from power interrupts, however I can tell you that my freezer comes back on, to the same setting, after any power interruption. The original module in my freezer only lasted 2 years here in Arizona, due to the constant power fluctuations and outages provided by Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Co-Op. I lost a freezer full of food while TDY, and came home to a huge smelly mess! I hope this module is a bit more robust, but I doubt it, based on reviews I've read about this part on the net. If you have an appliance containing this part, you're stuck,,as I'm not sure there is an alternate PN for this piece. May want to get two, or replace the appliance.. good luck!
