Question:	What is needed to mount the fireplace
Answer:	This is a terrific electric fireplace/heater. It has many combinations of fire-color and brightness. Added to the visuals, the heater/fan functions have a variety of controls making this an excellent and attractive unit. It comes with two metal legs for making it self-standing. (They were lightly screwed into the sides of the fireplace and it was oddly unclear from the instructions what they were. A picture from the Amazon site cleared up the confusion.) The fireplace also comes with the hardware to mount it on a wall; it consists of a horizontal mounting bracket and the appropriate screws and other mounting hardware. There is one minor issue that I found surprising: the electric heater/fan ejects the warm air from the top of the unit and yet there isn't a baffle to direct the heat. Accordingly, the warm air goes straight up. I fabricated a baffle out of some ducting hardware so the warm air would be directed outwards into the room. Except for that one issue, we love this unit and enjoy it, even without the heating element, all year 'round.
Question:	How tall is the 40" model when using the legs so that it's freestanding
Answer:	HI, thank you for your concern, It is 38CM / 15 inch high when using legs.
Question:	Where is the plug located on the unit
Answer:	I have the 40” unit, but it might be the same. If the unit is mounted and you are looking at it, it’s on the right hand side. It isn’t on the underside. The cable is long enough to bring under the unit and then plug in if you aren’t mounting it too high. I mounted it at 5’ from the floor.
Question:	Can this unite be resessed inside the wall. The wall is built using 2*6 studs
