Question:	if I pressurize my underground pool skimmer line with air, would this be practical for locating a leak
Answer:	I don't believe it will help in this application. To detect the leak, you must be able to see the line and place the unit relatively close to the hose. So for your application, you would need to expose your lines. If your pool skimmer lines are visible, it is easier to inject a dye, such as a UV dye, and shine a UV lamp to find it. If your lines are not visible then you would need to dig up the line to look for the leak. When I had an underground leak, I hired a person to find it for me. It was worth the money for the one time repair.
Question:	would I need the transmitter device to leak check air conditioning coils etc
Answer:	This is a simple tool to hear the whistling of high pressure air going through a small opening. The high frequency pitch is picked up by the microphone. You won't need anything else to operate this. I prefer to use my own headphones instead of the ones in the kit, but that is a personal preference. It also has a sound bar so you can see it, too. You don't need to listen, although I find it helpful.

Answer:	It provides variable to whatever light you plug in. Should world with 2 lamps. It a variable voltage going to whatever is plugged in, but I have not tried that. Words with LED bulbs but gives more light range with the older bulbs. I love this product.

The Amprobe ULD-300 ultrasonic leak detector has a variety of applications. How It Works

The ULD-300 microphone senses high frequency sound waves from 35 kHz to 45 kHz. A display panel with ten light-emitting diodes (LEDs) indicates when the sensor is close to the source of the leak and a low-battery indicator signals when the meter's batteries need to be replaced.

Answer:	On 3-way circuits, only one ELECTRO-MECHANICAL switch can be a dimmer regardless of lamp type, other switch must be standard single-pole 3-way on/off. You CAN use DIGITAL ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM (ie: MAESTRO) for all switches on circuit. Skylark SCL-153P dimmer is "electronic" but it is not a CONTROL SYSTEM that encompasses the whole circuit.

Otherwise, the lights will be off. Typically, only one of the switches can have a dimmer rheostat. With that said, Google is your friend, try: "installing 2 3-way dimmer switches"

Answer:	The AccuTrak instruments require no regular calibration. They are constructed with components of very tight tolerances that do not age rapidly. If there is a need to know for sure that the instrument is consistent with manufacturer specifications, you can elect to have the unit calibrated on a schedule of your choosing for a cost, but routine calibration is not necessary.

Question:	can this unit detect infasonic noise
Answer:	It detects ultrasonic sound. The sound comes from leaks that have an obstruction to create the noise. It doesn't matter what gas is leaking just the noise it makes.
