You may have a micro USB connector which is the former industry standard. They do sell adapters, or, return and get a Micro USB Android Camera.

Question:	Does this work with iPhone? Do I need lightning cable attachment
Answer:	This is basically a small tube in a large tube. You fill the large tube with water until it comes up to the zero (0) marking. Connect the gas to the small tube and that pressure will push water from the small tube into the large tube. You read the visibly different line on the small tube against the scale and that is your gas pressure. It is like a glass of water about 3/4 filled with a clear straw placed in it. If you gradually blow into the straw, the water level in the glass will slightly increase but not overflow and you can see the water moving out of the straw. Continuing to increase pressure will only generate bubbles in the glass.
