Question:	For outdoor use, can you see a color change for say an obscured animal? (understanding it won't be with much deatil) How far away
Answer:	You can as long as it isn't obscured by a solid object (wall, etc.). The animal has a different heat signature than the object obscuring it. As far as distance, I'd say 15 yards or so at the max. The pro version has a little better field of distance vs. the regular version.
Question:	Is it powered by the phone, or with a battery of it's own
Answer:	Thank you so much for your interest in our unit. This camera has his own internal battery. It will not use the battery of your phone.
Question:	Will it also find pipes and studs through drywall
Answer:	IR sensors are detecting energy emitted from the surface (not what is behind it). If the pipes and studs are causing a change in the temperature of the wall you will see the general area. Studs show up pretty easy. Pipes no.

Answer:	I didn't think it would, but I just plugged into my charger and powered up the FLIR while connected to the phone. It showed the battery % on app display and was charging the FLIR.

Question:	I don't know what I buy canon or dxo you can give me advice please
Answer:	DXO One is small to carry around but my last year version DXO had terrible battery life. No more than 1 hr shooting picture and 30-40 min of video taking. Over heating was a major issue if you use it constantly and not sure if the newer version solved the issue. If you want a more versatile camera and not worry about the weight then full DSLR would be a better choice. I carry my Last year model around all the time but I end up using my Note4 to take pictures most of the time. With serious photo shooting sessions I have my old NikonD7000 and 2 lenses. DXO One is just a back up most of the time. I like taking video with DXO but auto focus and white balance is not accurate in low light setting.

Answer:	I don't know if it would work with an extension or not. I haven't tried it. Part of the beauty of this camera, though, is the tight integration between the phone or iPad screen and the camera itself. Since it uses the device as the viewfinder, it would be difficult to manage with an extension in the mix.

Answer:	No it's very easy to use. The connectivity with the iPhone is simple; you will see the image appear on the screen, with a 'quick' access to the settings of the DXO one on the tactile screen of your smart phone : - Aperture - Speed - photo quality - iso etc....

Answer:	It is killer for lower light situations like museums, dusk, indoors, banquet halls, etc. It also has a better post-edit zoom /crop clarity, and as Darrin S. says it is warm and not as noisy as iPhone shots. With that being said, it's pretty awkward and you might not reach for it often. I only have an iPhone 7 and that accomplishes 85% of what I need at life.

Answer:	You can definitely sit on the Elbow rest. it's a little narrow but I have done it many times. It's held in place by suction cups and it works really well. I am not sure the kneeling pad would fit on the edge of a bath tub or if it would stay in place on slippery porcelain.

Answer:	Ha! Funny you should ask this. I had the same question and submitted it to FLIR tech support. I got back the answer that you could. But my question was, would doing it harm the device? My second question never received an answer. I have verified that yes, the FLIR will charge from pocketjuice and can be used at the same time. Whether or not it diminishes the onboard battery's life I cannot say. I am inclined to say no, it shouldn't harm it. There is an app that uses the camera as a baby monitor. I cannot see how that would be feasible without having the camera on an external power source. So the answer is yes, if you are using the camera while plugged into a external charger, it will extend the use time. I cannot 100% guarantee that it is not harmful but think not.

Answer:	Yes, the minimum focus distance of the side camera of the endoscope is 0.8 inches. And you can turn on the main camera and side camera at the same time.

Answer:	This camera makes/sends out its own Wifi signal, so that your phone can connect to it, instead of a bluetooth connection. I have the previous model without side camera, and it works great. No need to be on a wifi network, as the camera creates its own to use as a wireless connection.
