The manufacturer promptly refunded the entire purchase price, no questions asked, no hoops to jump through; we are completely happy with them. The other chair (the orange one) is fine and my husband has been sitting on it every night since his chair became un-useable (the blue one). We have yet to purchase a replacement for the blue chair, but I will have no qualms about buying a chair from the same manufacturer. Relative to your apecific question, my husband weighs about 240 and, like I said, either he or I have been using the orange chair (mine!) since we bought the chairs in May 2017. |
