Question:	Can this differencial manometer work as a traditional manometer if one places a cap on one of the barbs? What is the unit's accuracy and range for mmHg? (The pyleaudio webpage will not load otherwise I'd research these questions on my own
Answer:	I beleave it can. As long as you stay in specs. Reading other reviews, people are using it to set-up LP/Natural gas regulators. Remember it is only good for 10 lbs. psi. max.
Question:	dose this work for corbon monoxide
Answer:	I just checked out my manometer. What you are experiencing is normal and correct. Because it is capable of differential readings, you have both negative and positive sides of the sensor. Much like a volt meter. You would only use the left port while doing differential measurements. The right port would be used for all others. Giving you the proper pressure/vacuum reading that you would expect.
Question:	Does this measure the water coulmn in an oil fired boiler
Answer:	Don't have the item in front of me but recall the tubes as being roughly twice the length of the electronic unit itself, so at least 12 inches long, probably longer. I recall the tubes as basically folding in half to fit into the pouch that is provided with this product. This was a one-time-use product for me but saved me the cost of an HVAC home appointment that likely would have cost me upwards of $100+. My natural gas hang-from-the-ceiling garage heater had become horribly coated with carbon black from a misadjusted pilot light. I cleaned the unit, replaced the pilot and used this pressure manometer to adjust the pilot flame to specification. Pilots been burning for more than a year now with no carbon buildup. I found this gauge to be very precise and easy to use.
Question:	What is the resolution for inches of H2O or how many decimal place if any
Answer:	Thank you so much for your interest in our products. These readings are within the range detectable by the model 407910. You will have to check if these regulators require any standard for safety and if our meter reaches that standard.

Question:	Can this be used for measuring pressure differential between lower and upper engine cowlings in light piston aircraft
Answer:	That depends on the pressure the switch on your furnace is operated at. This manometer measures very low pressure, most pressure is measured in lbs per sq in or PSI, gas pressure feeding into a furnace is very low ( below 1 psi) gas pressure in your home is measured in inches of water , think of counting dollars and needing to get closer to less than a dollar think of pennes 100 make a 1 dollar, same thing in less than 1 psi you have to switch to inches of water
Question:	can this be used or gas pressure
Answer:	Yes set on inches of water 11- 14 adjust propane regulator only
Question:	when using the left port, do you get a negative reading? mine does so I not sure if I got a defective unit
Answer:	If you are referring to the barbed adapter, it should be a 1/4" npt. You may need a bushing to size it to whatever outlet you are measuring. The two ports are used for differential pressures such as measuring air pressure drop through an air handler/furnace, etc. mWhen you are easuring gas pressure, one port stays open to read atmospheric pressure while the other (port) is reading inHg, KPa, bar, etc.
Question:	How long are the tubes
Answer:	No, the description shows 2 psi maximum. Your water system should be MUCH higher than this. The 55 water range is in inches of water column. It’s a completely different scale than psi. 55 WC (water column) is about 2 psi.
