Answer:	No. Straight cuts only.., possibly a very, very slight curve.

Answer:	I have used it to score and break acrylic plastic (not abs) that is thicker. I've only used for scoring straight lines. I don't think it can do detailed cuts.

Answer:	According to my ancient copy of the Rohm & Haas flyer, "do it yourself with PLEXIGLAS", you can score & snap Plexiglas up to 1/4" thick. Use a straightedge and a scribing tool (Plastic Plus Cutting Tool for Plexiglas, or Red Devil Cutting Tool for Plexiglas); "Place the point of the tool at the at the edge of the material and, applying firm pressure, draw the cutting point the full width of the material (5 to 6 times for thicknesses from 1/10" to 3/16" and 7 to 10 times for 1/4")" "The scribed line should be positioned face up over a 3/4" diameter wood dowel running the length of the intended break. To break, hold the sheet with one hand and apply downward pressure to the short side of the break with the other. The hands should be kept adjacent to one another and successively repositioned about 2" behind the break as it progresses along the scribed line.... Patterned Plexiglas cannot be scored and broken." As many suggest, bending it over any sharp corner and following the above procedure will probably do fine as well. It can be cut with a saw, but this should be done carefully and with the paper still on. Acrylic sheet (i.e., "Plexiglas") is brittle, and any cracks are likely to spread. It's a very good idea to smooth all edges with a file and/or sandpaper to prevent any micro-cracks from growing into real cracks over time. I'd clamp that straightedge in place with a couple of wood blocks under the clamp jaws to prevent cracking. I've had my straightedge slip many a time, and it's hard to hit the exact same spot again.

Question:	Can this sheet be molded to form a corner
Answer:	It is somewhat flexible and thin. If it was a medium sized tree it would probably work with overlapping sheets - not a small tree as it would probably break. I think you could find something that would work better - aluminum flashing for gutters is pretty inexpensive, wouldn't rust and is slick. I'm sure you could find a product specifically made for this purpose.

Answer:	I would get the industrial strength for that but you might have to get two different types depending on where you are hanging the quilt. One to adhere to the quilt (don't use regular one it pulls off) and one for the wall surface but both should be industrial strength. I had to learn this the hard way and it is not cheap.

Answer:	Absolutely NOT. It's the complete opposite of that kind of blade. The teeth are like mini-razor blades that slightly criss-cross each other. You're looking for the opposite- a blade that has flat, chisel-like scooping teeth. Totally opposite.
Question:	Will this blade cut a flat bottom dado in wood
Answer:	I have not tried 1/4 aluminum but have cut plenty of 1/8 aluminum sheet and angle extrusions and I would have no problem using it for 1/4 inch material. This blade works well with aluminum sheets
Question:	Has anyone used this to cut 1/4" 3003 aluminum plate with success
Answer:	Look on the amazon site, part way down page on left. If by "1/8 thick" you mean the width of the removed material (called the "kerf") the kerf is 0.094"...so not 1/8"...thinner.By the way, I love the blade for cutting aluminum plate and extrusions (as well as the occasional plastic...and even wood if I am too lazy to change to a wood blade.
