| Answer: | The "End Valve" mentioned in the title IS NOT the air release valve usually attached to the end of the hose from your cuff. It is probably a check valve built in the inflation bulb so that the air pumped out while squeezing does not sneak back in when the pressure on the bulb is released and so that some more fresh air from the atmosphere gets in for the next pumping. |
