Question: is it accurate? is it easy to use
Answer: NO idea what DRE is. Purchased this item for my daughter. She's completed her CNA and is at the tail end of EMT program. She uses the set everyday multiple times, so it gets packed and unpacked over and over, plus the travel back and forth home to school to clinic rinse and repeat etc. To date there is no visible wear and tear but most important they work exactly as they should. I expect the set to last her as long as she needs. She will likely replace it just for a change of color and not due to a defect.
Question: Is the picture true to color
Answer: Washing it will damage the cuff. The best you can do is get a damp (but not soaked) cloth and wipe it down. If it becomes really dirty such that using a damp cloth doesn't do the trick, it's time to get a new cuff.

Answer: First,measure around the smallest part of the ankle right above the ankle bone. Then measure around the fullest part of the calf. Please check it on our size chart.

Answer: Poor wording on their end. This particular kit has a blood pressure cuff with meter (sphygmomanometer) and stethoscope. If you are thinking monitor like a device that displays readings this is not what this has. Even in the description it states that.

Answer: It would fit some men. My husband is 6'0 and 275 lbs and it was just slightly to small for him. It fits most of my patients at work.
