Answer:	It must be the tubing, because the metal hose barb is 2.8 mm id. I used a different kind of tubing (3/16" id clear vinyl, approx 4.5mm) so I don't have the black material any longer.

Two of the most common causes of getting inaccurate readings are related to the upper arm cuff:

1. Using a cuff that's too small or too big
2. Incorrect placement of the cuff

How to charge?
