Answer:	My wife had about 2 hour treatments . She took a small cooler in with her. Did not put the gloves on till treatment started. They lasted two hours. She did fine and took no meds. She wore socks also with ice.

Answer:	Speaking for the size medium-They do seem longer than others I have tried. The cuff is a loose fit. Measuring from the outside bottom of the hand (not thumb side) with the glove on, it extends about 2 inches. Laying the glove flat and measuring from the tip of the 3rd finger to the end of cuff it’s about 9 1/2 inches. Altho’ the longer length is a plus, not thrilled with the gloves compared to other brands I have used. The sizing was inconsistent—medium generous but XL ran smaller than expected for us. The sizing seems different than other brands and there was no chart to guide your size choice. The medium had a twisted sort of fit; XL were ok in that regard.

Be sure to grate the cheese yourself just before using so it doesn’t dry out— commercially pregrated cheese contains cornstarch or some other nonclumping ingredient that prevents it from melting smoothly.
